Spangler House Bed and Breakfast

All rooms are individually and beautifully decorated. Each room features a unique iron bed that takes you back in time to the turn of the century. Snuggle under a quilted comforter while enjoying a restful night's sleep on a comfortable pillow top mattress. All rooms have either relaxing glider rockers or wing back chairs, private bath rooms, ceiling fans, satellite TV, and in-room coffee or tea.

• Rates: $90 to $190
• July 4th - There is a 3 night minimum stay
• The Lodging Tax in Ouray is 7.9% plus $3 per night, per room effective 01/01/09
• An advanced deposit of 50% of the total of your reservation is required
• One-night reservations will require a full advance payment.
• We have a 14-Day cancellation policy. This means, if you cancel with LESS THAN 14 DAYS UNTIL YOUR SECUDULED ARRIVAL DATE, you forfeit your room’s deposit unless we can rebook your room for ALL NIGHTS RESERVED.
• If we rebook your room FOR ALL NIGHTS RESERVED, we will refund your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 14 OR MORE DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL, we will automatically refund your deposit less the $20 cancellation fee.
