Willow Pond Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful 1916 farmhouse on over an acre of land. Located in Grand Junction, Colorado, Willow Pond offers a "country setting in town" with pastoral views, an old willow tree and a little pond. With an art and music theme, Willow Pond B&B is a venue for local artists and musicians. Willow Pond features monthly musical house concerts, gourmet cooking classes, wine tastings by local wineries and special vacation packages.

The inn is surrounded by the Colorado National Monument, the Colorado Grand Mesa, the Bookcliff Mountains and Wild Horse Range. Centrally located near many activities such as snow skiing, hiking, mountain biking, river rafting and wine tasting. Willow Pond also accommodates special gatherings such as weddings and retreats.

Inn Policies: - All ONLINE RESERVATIONS must be paid in full at time of booking.
- For RESERVATIONS BOOKED OVER THE PHONE, reservation requires a deposit equal to one night's stay and tax or 50% (whichever is more).
- Any balance of payment, extra person charges, check-in or check-out fees are due upon arrival.
- April-November: One night stays available most Mon-Wed's, a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM applies for all Thursday thru Sunday bookings.
- December-March: One night stays available most Sun-Thur's, a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM applies for all Friday and Saturday night stays.
- Holiday/special event weekends may require a 3 night stay.
- If you require a one night stay or don't see the dates you want, please call the inn during business hours for availability 970-243-4958. For one night stays during high season, a service charge may apply.
- Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and cash welcome.
- RATES BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. Additional guests, beyond double occupancy, with reservations, are subject to a per person, per night fee.
- Cancellation Policies:
- All cancellations are subject to a 20% handling charge. All cancellations must be made by phone.
- Deposit will be refunded, minus handling charge, if cancelled with three weeks advance notice.
- Cancellation less than three weeks, refund will depend on re-booking of the room.
- No Shows—Full stay charged.
- Other Policies:
- Check-in: 4 - 6 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
- Please call the innkeepers if you are unable to make the 4 - 6 check in time.
- Early check-in, check-in after 6 p.m. and late check-out subject to a $25 fee.
- Check-in prior to 2 pm consists of luggage drop-off only.
- Willow Pond Bed and Breakfast is a completely non-smoking establishment.
- NO PETS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY
- FULL BREAKFAST is served at 8 AM Monday thru Friday and 9 AM Saturday & Sunday
- Well-behaved, fully potty-trained children 7 & over welcome - must be supervised by guardians at ALL times.
