North Lodge and North Lodge Deluxe Rooms
North Lodge 2 Doubles Rooms - Accommodates one to four guests with mini-kitchen, cable VCR/TV, telephone, and outside entrance.
North Lodge Queen Deluxe Rooms - Accommodates one or two guests with mini-kitchen and cable TV/VCR.
North Lodge King Deluxe Room - Accommodates one or two persons with mini-kitchen, cable TV/VCR, and jacuzzi tub.
North Lodge 2-Bedroom Deluxe - Accommodates up to six with mini-kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and jacuzzi tub, and adjacent room with two double beds. Each room has a private bath.
High Country Loft
Our spacious High Country Loft is the perfect getaway for your family or group. This exceptional property, located in the Ten Mile Creek complex, provides easy walking access to Frisco’s dining, shopping, night life, and the Summit Stage, our county-wide free public transportation system. The High Country Condo rental also includes the use of the Ten Mile Creek club house, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.
Our fully renovated condominium features a gourmet kitchen, dining area, a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, and an in-unit laundry room. Enjoy the million dollar view of the Continental Divide and Williams Fork Range from the patio/balcony. The Condo features high-speed WI-FI connectivity throughout.
The Condominium sleeps up to 8 people and can be configured with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms to fit the size of your family or group.
Breakfast and afternoon appetizers are provided at our sister Inn, the Frisco Inn on Galena Street.
The Cottage is the perfect getaway for your family or a pet-friendly chalet for anyone.
This beautiful, spacious property, located just to the north of our North Lodge, is the original homestead property for the Frisco Lodge. The original cabin that was homesteaded in the 1860′s is still on the southwest corner of the yard.
It is a beautiful one bedroom chalet with a Great Room featuring a warm and sunny southern exposure to relish the 300+ days of Colorado sunshine. The great room has expansive views that look out onto Mount Royal and the Ten Mile Range. The cottage has a full kitchen, living and dining room. There is one double bed and one sofa sleeper bed. It has a flat screen TV in the Great Room, a TV in the bedroom, and a TV in the living room. There is one full bath. Wi-Fi is featured and there is a large yard for this pet-friendly chalet if your family dog accompanies you. There is one dog permitted for an additional fee per night.
Ample Parking in the private driveway in front of the cottage is available for door side parking. Maximum occupancy is 4 to 5 guests.
Breakfast and afternoon appetizers are provided at the Frisco Lodge.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Our check-in time is between 2 PM (4 PM for the Loft and Cottage) and 10:30 PM. If you will arrive after 10:30 PM please call to make arrangements for your late arrival. We have a late arrival box outside our office door where your key will be left for you.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. While we do everything to guarantee your requested room assignment (if you requested a specific room), we can not guarantee room assignments until check-in.
We require the first two nights of your reservation to be paid at the time of reservation (Special groups, Loft, Cottage, and extended stays may require a larger deposit). For one or two night reservations, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.
Our policy is that your balance is due, and will be payable on, your scheduled date of arrival. You are responsible for all nights of your reservation. No refund for unused nights will be given. If you cancel before 30 days from your scheduled arrival, a full refund minus a $50.00 handling fee ($25 in off-peak seasons) will be refunded. If you cancel on or after 30 days from your scheduled arrival no refund will be made. (Please protect your reservation charges with us by purchasing the travel insurance offered when you make your reservation. Information on this insurance is available on our website or by calling us at 1-800-279-6000.)
No refunds are made for changes on the day of check-in or after check-in. If you will not arrive on your scheduled date of arrival, you must notify us by 9:00am on the day after your scheduled arrival date or your reservation will be cancelled and all of your charges will be forfeited; you will also be responsible for the full amount of your entire reservation. A minimum night stay applies during certain periods. We are a non-smoking inn and we do not accept pets except in the Cottage where one dog is permitted for an additional fee.
Online bookings are a “reservation request” and are not confirmed until you receive the final confirmation from us. If you decide to change the form of payment after your deposit is processed, you are responsible for a 4% fee on the deposit in order for us to credit it back to you and accept another form of payment for your deposit.
