The Edwards House, an elegant house of neo-classical design, was built in 1904. This gorgeous home is located in a quiet residential area of Fort Collins, Colorado and is within walking distance to City Park, the historic Old Town shopping and restaurant district, and the Colorado State University campus. The authentic trolley car line running in front of the house connects Old Town and City Park. As a B&B, the Edwards House is pleased to offer elegant and romantic accommodations far superior to those of typical hotel lodging.

General Information
The Lodge at the Edwards House is an ideal Colorado wedding site with mountain views, Victorian charm and unique amenities to make your day memorable. It will provide you with 4000 beautifully appointed square feet on two separate floors. The top floor room has an open joist ceiling, hardwood floors, and a floor to ceiling gas river rock fireplace. Adjoining this room is an intimate bar with granite counter tops and a brass sink. Your guests will have the use of a lovely parlour adjoining the bar . Downstairs your guests can relax playing pool or watching the big screen TV. Outside you will find a Victorian front porch perfect for your wedding photos, as well as a covered side deck. There are 8 guestrooms at the B & B that will accommodate 18 people. The two rooms in the Lodge are included in the Lodge rental as the bride's room and the groom's room and are yours for the night. All guest rooms are beautifully furnished and most include the following amenities: Gas fireplaces, TV/VCR, some jacuzzis, full baths, telephones, wireless high-speed internet connection, and come with a full breakfast and an evening snack. See Rooms and Rates.Included in your wedding package is a one-hour consultation for planning the details and a one-hour walk-through one month prior to your event. The Edwards House will provide you with a list of recommended vendors for wedding planning (Simply Elegant-Patty Burling), caterers, bartenders, string quartet, flowers, officiants, cakes, and photographers. Pricing for weddings includes set-up and clean-up, tables, chairs, linens, flatware, tableware, stemware, ice, cd player, limited choice of cd music, and the use of our refrigerator and freezer. There will be an Edwards House staff person on site at all times to assist you with your guests. The Edwards House has several caterers you may choose for lunches, dinners, and hors d'oeuvres. Approved outside caterers may be used at an additional set-up and clean-up cost. Price varies depending upon your group size.

- Saturday-All day: 11 hours (11 am - 10 pm, including set up time) $2800
- Sunday Evening: 6 hours (4 pm - 10 pm, including set-up time) $1500
- Sunday-All day: 11 hours (11 am - 10 pm, including set-up) $2000
- Off Season Rates (November through April) are discounted 20% off Peak Season Rates
Policies
Booking: The Edwards House requires a signed contract and a $750 non-refundable deposit to reserve the Lodge for your wedding. This deposit will be subtracted from your balance due at the end of your wedding less any deductions for damages. This fee may be paid by check or credit card.
The Edwards House has a list of recommended caterers. You may, however, hire any licensed and insured caterer. If you hire a caterer that is not on our list you will be charged an additional set-up and clean-up fee, which will vary based on your group size.
We do not have a liquor license. Consequently, if your caterer does not provide insured bartending service, you will need to hire a licensed and insured bartender. You will save money on your liquor purchase by buying directly from a liquor store, but all liquor must be served by the bartender. Liquor may only be served for a maximum of four hours for an afternoon or evening event or for five hours for an all day event.
