Relax in the privacy of your accommodation furnished with down pillows and duvets, and a very comfortable bed. Guest rooms have telephones (some with shared lines), televisions, VCRs. We have over 100 complimentary movies, wireless Internet, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and grinders, bathrobes, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. We've even stocked each accommodation's pantry with fresh roasted coffee beans and a selection of teas. Let us know if there is anything else you may need for your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Nationally acclaimed for our extensive gardens and heirloom flowers, words fail to describe the beauty that surrounds you during your stay. We also sell our heirloom seeds in the gift shop.

Our gift shop in the Ranch House offers snacks and beverages, our famous jams and honey, heirloom seeds, toiletries, books, handmade items from around the world, elaborate gift baskets and a selection of vintage Navajo rugs and gifts. Stop by and browse our collections of complimentary movies, including children's movies and educational videos.

The Ridgewood Event Center is located in scenic La Plata River Valley of southwestern Colorado, minutes from Durango and Cortez, Colorado and Farmington and Aztec, New Mexico. It's a breathtaking high country setting for Durango weddings and other special events. The tall windows of the Ridgewood's stone and pine structure offer panoramic views of snow capped mountains, green meadows, 100 year old cottonwoods, and acres of our flower gardens.

In addition to 1,500 square feet of interior space with expansive 12' high ceilings, the Center has a 1,000 square foot covered portal. Our catering kitchen allows food to be kept at appropriate temperatures and served in professional style. Ridgewood is wheelchair accessible and has parking for up to 150 cars. Rental of the Ridgewood Event Center includes the use of our tables, maple chairs, all linens, glassware, silverware, and china. Our experienced staff is committed to making your event a success. After we meet with you to review your plans, we take care of all the details from setup to cleanup - we're there behind the scenes to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

• Our rates are seasonal and are based on double occupancy with a two-night minimum stay.
• For single occupancy subtract $20, and for each additional guest over double occupancy, add $20 per person, per night. No charge for children under 2 yrs.
• Check-in time is 3 to 6 pm and Check-out time is 11 am. Please let us know if these times do not work for you and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
• Fall rates apply to Thanksgiving, Christmas and special events.
• Individual reservations require a deposit of 50 percent of the total lodging cost.
• If your plans change we will be happy to refund your deposit less a $30 per room handling fee, provided we receive notice at least 30 days prior to your visit.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
• Groups reservations (3 or more rooms) and Holiday reservations require a three night minimum stay and payment in full 60 days prior to arrival.
• A complimentary full Southwest style buffet breakfast is served daily in the Main Inn. In addition to fresh fruits, berries, cereals, yogurt, meats, cheeses and tamales, a Regional entrée is prepared daily. Breakfast is topped off with fresh roasted coffee, teas and juices. Guests enjoy dining in the dining room or outdoors on the garden patio overlooking Blue Lake, weather permitting.

From the North, East or West: Take Highway 160 to Hesperus. Go south on Highway 140 6.5 miles to find our driveway on the right.

From the South: Go North on Highway 170 in New Mexico, which changes to Colorado Highway 140 at the state line. The Ranch is 16.9 miles north of the state line (0.9 miles north of the 16 mile marker). The driveway is on the left.

This spacious Casita enjoys mountain views from its covered portal as well as the living room with fireplace, queen sofa bed and wetbar. The plantation shuttered bedroom has a king bed. The sunny bathroom has a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. Winter $155 - Spring $185 - Summer $225 - Fall $205
