Each uniquely decorated guestroom has a private bath, a vanity with a second sink outside of the bath, featherbeds & luxurious comforters, an armoire, and comfortable seating with lighting, including reading lights by the beds. Also, all guestrooms have telephones and televisions, some with video tape players.
All rooms are located UPSTAIRS and are reached by climbing stairs.
Cottages
Our private, open-beam constructed cottage rentals are perfect for your Colorado honeymoon or romantic getaway. Private covered porches with swings and/or rocking chairs face into the central pond and garden area.

A very special cottage which also happens to have ADA (Americans with Disability Act) compliance. The large, fully tiled bathroom has an oversized shower with a built-in bench and hand-held shower head. There is a queen-size bed and wicker rocking chair in the bedroom. Perhaps the most attractive features of this cottage are the back patio and the lovely little waterfall just outside the bedroom window!

This cottage has beautiful views of the full length of the garden and to the west cliffs of the valley. Furnished with oversized wicker easy chairs, a king bed, gas log fireplace and a private hot tub on the patio.

High Season: May 11 - October 14
Low Season: October 15 - May 10
Major holidays are considered High Season
All holiday and holiday week/weekends are considered high season.
All rates are based on double occupancy.
For each additional guest add $25 per night.
All rates include a full hearty breakfast and afternoon refreshments -- including our freshly baked Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies!- Reservations are suggested. However, last minute openings may be available.
- A deposit is required and is equal to 50% of your total reservation.
- One night reservations will require full advance payment.
- Your deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation.
- If your plans change, the Apple Orchard Inn will be pleased to make a refund provided we receive at least 3 weeks' notice before your scheduled arrival date or we are able to re-rent all rooms nights.
- There is a $20 or 5% handling fee per room, whichever is higher, for all cancellations. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.

- Please, NO PETS (We have resident dogs and ducks!)

- There is NO SMOKING anywhere indoors. If you would like to smoke outside, we will provide an ashtray if requested.
