    Inn at the Spanish Peaks - La Veta, Colorado
    The Costa Rica Suite    		 Located in the small town of La Veta, Colorado, The Inn at the Spanish Peaks Bed and Breakfast is a Santa Fe adobe style home. The Bed and Breakfast's southwestern architecture includes open beams and high ceilings which give the feeling of spaciousness and warmth. The Inn has three guest suites all with private baths and decks with spectacular views of the majestic mountains. A full gourmet breakfast is included with the stay. We invite you to come and enjoy our home and hope that the mountains will provide you a setting for relaxation and reflection.

    For the comfort and enjoyment of guests the Inn has a great room with a see-through fireplace, huge open beams and a full wall of windows with views of the Spanish Peaks opening to a covered patio. The Private library has plenty of reading materials, games and videos. Inn has High Speed Wireless Internet Access.

     

    The town is just three blocks away and has become a thriving Arts Community with several galleries. There are several specialty and antique shops, a great bakery, restaurants and of course Grandote Peaks Golf Course. Winter at Cuchara Valley provides opportunity for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Rio Grande Senic Rail Excursions is currently running a passenger train from Alamosa to La Veta and return.     The Costa Rica Suite

    The Costa Rica Suite which is decorated in white wicker has a queen bed, private bath and enclosed patio. This suite is on the main level for easy access and has a large walk-in shower. $95 per night

    The St. Andrews Suite features a king size mahogany four poster rice bed. This suite has a private bath, separate sitting room and large deck with an incredible view of the awesome Spanish Peaks. $140 per night

    		 The Colorado Suite

    The Colorado Suite features a handmade queen size log bed. This suite has a large private bath, separate sitting room and covered deck with open log rails. A great view of the mountains and the sunset awaits you. $130 per night

     

     

    Reservations

     

    • An advance deposit of 1/2 of the total bill for your stay guarantees your reservation.
    • Balance is due upon arrival and we gladly accept MasterCard/Visa.
    • We ask that you notify us 14 days prior to your arrival of any changes or cancellations.
    • We will gladly refund your deposit, less $10 process fee, if we are able to fill the entire vacancy due to the cancellation.
    • Guest check-in time is 4 - 6 p.m. (unless prearranged for another time) and check-out is by 11 a.m.
    • From June lst through August 31st week-end stays are a minimum of two nights, although, one night stays may be accepted after noon the day prior to the day of stay if suite is available.
    • For the safety of all our guests the Inn is Non-Smoking.
