Imagine waking up to the mouth-watering smell of home baked cinnamon rolls. Here at The Ruby, we make our famous homemade cinnamon rolls from scratch every morning, served with a medley of fresh juices, an assortment of teas and complimentary gourmet coffees and espresso drinks. The second course is equally delicious. Our guests love our hot generous entrées. Some typical dishes include a strawberry stuffed French toast soufflé served with warm, pure maple syrup and a strawberry compote, our rendition of caramel pecan waffles, and our family-recipe Dutch apple pancake. If you are still hungry, there is a third course: The Ruby’s special granola loaded with nuts and fruit. You can top it with our delicious stirred yogurt. We also make a delicious breakfast in bed for our guests who want to stay snuggled under their warm covers on those cool, crisp mornings.
