Come visit our 1895 Country Victorian lodging just two blocks from the historic district of Old Colorado City, a part of greater Colorado Springs, CO. Our Hearts Inn provides lodging accommodations located on the historic West Side between Manitou Springs and downtown Colorado Springs. We are conveniently located just one hour from Denver and just 5 minutes from Seven Falls and the Garden of the Gods. We fell in love with the Pikes Peak Region offering the finest year round tourist activities in the State of Colorado... Our Hearts were left in Old Colorado City, CO, until our return. We welcome you to visit and join our growing family of guests who experience Colorado's unique ability to "touch your Heart"!  

     

      Old Colorado City features an excellent blend of art, antique, and boutique shops as well as varied dining choices, all of which is only steps from our bed and breakfast's front door. Mountain hiking is nearby in the Garden of the Gods, North Cheyenne Canyon Park and at Seven Falls. The Flying W Ranch, Ghost Town, Van Briggle Pottery, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the Broadmoor, as well as, many natural wonders no more than 5 minutes away.

    Colorado Springs, CO, offers diverse experiences for many travelers who come to visit our state year round. Colorado summers are ideal with warm days and cool nights. There is little wind during any season of the year. Fall brings a spectacular show with Aspen leaves of gold overflowing the mountainsides. Colorado's beautiful winter season is enriched with many local Christmas events right here in Old Colorado City and nearby major attractions.     Enjoy all the amenities of our last 19 years as a fully operating B&B with a price and new amenities that most vacation rental cottages or houses do not! Still enjoy a private bath in each room, Fireplace in each room, Coffee Pots, TV's/radios in each room, two Private Balconies. Some of our favorite Breakfast baked goodies still provided.

    This will turn into Interstate 25 (North).
    Take Interstate 25 North to Exit 141 (West to Manitou Springs-Highway 24 West/Cimarron).
    Take Highway 24 West to 21st Street.
    Turn North (right) onto 21st Street toward Old Colorado City (sign stating Old Colorado City).
    Take 21st Street to Colorado Avenue (also Business 24). Turn West (left).
    Our Hearts Inn address again is 2215 West Colorado Avenue, a Pink & Green Victorian on the South side of the street.

    The Cottage on the Knob is the location you've been seeking for family reunions, holiday stays, and vacations for couples or families (sleeps 2 to 6). King size bed in Master bedroom, plus Queen bed, twin bed and child's flip-out sleep chair in private Second Floor bedroom area.
    For those who want the luxury and convenience of a private Home Away from Home! The Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor with a large & luxurious bath with oversized tub for two. Hardwood cherry floors in the living room plus full kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishwasher & self-cleaning stove. Antique windows frame Mountain views from the eating area in this renovated Mennonite historic property. Colorado sunshine throughout the home with the large windows plus private decks await your viewing leisure on both the first and second floor!

    Second floor views from the sitting area by the front window or enjoyed from the private upstairs back balcony offers both privacy and fabulous views of the Pikes Peak Range and Ute Pass.

    The private second floor bedroom space makes the cottage an ideal home for couples traveling together, or families with children and their Grandparents along for the fun as well!
