    Hearts Memories

    Situated across from the efficiency kitchen, Hearts Memories is our new comfy gathering room for TV watching, quiet reading or dining use. Gathering area with private balcony is situated between the two private bedrooms, Hearts Old Fashioned and Hearts Entwined, for convenient shared use when reserving either of these two rooms individually.

    Included is an old-style gas stove fireplace. Larger TV with HBO Movies, VCR, CD player, and balcony. This common shared area is now available for use when reserving either the Hearts Old Fashioned or the Hearts Entwined and includes comfy seating, loveseat, dining space and balcony. (Hearts Above the Avenue Vacation Rental includes the additional sleeping and bath room use!)

    		  

     

    Note: Included in the Hearts Above the Avenue Vacation Rental, Hearts Memories Common Area includes additional sleeping provided with a twin bed & twin sleeper sofa; as well as use of the 3rd private bathroom with tub and shower. Private bath features a corner garden tub and shower. Vacation rentals, whether cottages or full homes, do not offer the convenience of 3 private full baths!

    Families frustrated when all cottages are booked? No longer!  Hearts Above the Avenue, Cottage Style apartment sleeps 6.
     

     

     

     

     

     

    Hearts Above the Avenue provides two complete private bedrooms with private bathrooms.  Common area with two additional twin sleeper sofas and 3rd private bathroom.  Two balconies; one from the common area plus one from Hearts Entwined.  Kitchenette area with cooking facility.   Weekly rate @ $1,000/plus tax; $165 nightly plus tax.  3 night minimum required.

    		  

     

    Historic West Side cabin/cottage located in Colorado Springs' Old Colorado Historic District established in 1859. Walk to shops and restaurants & local history center where our wild west history is on display. Small backyard area with patio. Full kitchen & large bath with oversized jetted tub for two. Separate bedroom with queen bed, twin sleeper sofa in living room area. Extra Amenities Include - WIFI, TV/VCR, Cable/movies, AC, Fireplace in living room. Accommodates 3; Perfect for couples wanting a Colorado cottage/cabin travelling with a child or a pet. Near all attractions and walking distance to summer music events in the parks, excellent shops, and AAA Restaurants all in the shadow of Pikes Peak. Near dog parks including Red Rocks Open Space with off lease rules as well as Blunt Park a couple blocks from the cottage.

     

      Hearts Out West cottage welcomes Well Behaved guest traveling with a pet.  $50 deposit (pet damage or extra cleaning) is refundable at check-out if cottage is in satisfactory condition.

    This cottage is located at the back of the property and has alley access for easy pet walking. We are located near several dog parks and hiking areas that have off-lease policies. Pets cannot be left alone in the cottage during guest's absence. Guests who have "well behaved" pets are welcome. Due to the size of the cottage we are recommending small to mid-weight dogs only. Only dogs socialized to other pets, children and "all other" guests will be accepted; of course, we realize well behaved pets are the most travelled with! Please Remember Pet Clean Up is Required and will be Enforced!

    Weekly Rates starting at $750 plus tax.  Nightly Rates at $135 plus tax.  Three night minimum stay.
