The conference facility is approximately five hundred square feet. It has twelve foot moveable tables and twenty-two ergonomic chairs. The room can be configured to meet your specific needs. There is an eight foot by eight foot dry marker wall surrounded by tack board side walls. A projector screen is mounted in the ceiling. The room has a phone and two computer ports. All lights are on dimmers.

Smoking is permitted outside of Old Town GuestHouse. Accessible restrooms are conveniently located. Several break out areas are available. The room is totally disabled accessible. To facilitate food needs the room has a private buffet area that can be quietly serviced during meetings. We work with the finest caterer to offer quality and a variety of menus. There are local restaurants within walking distance for off-site meals.

The Old Town GuestHouse has fax and copier availability for a nominal charge. Conference equipment can be rented on site. The conference facility may be rented separately from the eight guest rooms. Out of town conference participants enjoy using the guest rooms upstairs for their overnights. If more rooms are necessary there are options available at nearby Bed & Breakfasts.

Spouse events can be arranged. There is an airport shuttle available. We are proud to be an inspected member of the select Urban Inns, a national organization of Bed & Breakfasts serving the specific needs of the business traveler. We are the only Bed & Breakfast in Colorado Springs to have this distinction.

• Check-in is between 4-6 p.m. Alternative arrangements will be made if necessary. Ample off-street parking is available.

• Smoking is permitted outside the GuestHouse. Please, no candles, incense or cooking.
• We do not recommend the GuestHouse for young children.
• We are unable to accommodate pets. Kennels will be recommended upon request. Of course, assist-animals are welcome.
• Advance reservations are suggested. Your reservation may be secured by credit card or cash. A Booking Deposit of $20/room/night will confirm your reservation. Payment for the remainder is due at Check-In.
• Gift Certificates and payment vouchers (other than OTGH's) will be accepted for non-discounted reservations only.
• Taxes and other charges excluded.
• Cancellation: A non-refundable Booking Deposit of $20/room/night is required to confirm your reservation. All reservations are subject to a 14 day (Oct. thru April) or 30 day (May thru Sept. and Holidays) cancellation period. Within that time room fees are due and payable but refund will be made for cancellations if the room is rebooked.
