America's Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins

Located near Pikes Peak, CO; this two bedroom Colorado cabin rental, built in 1909, offers a comfortable living room with a rock gas fireplace and Cable TV/DVD combo, a charming knotty pine kitchen with dining area, a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub, carport, a private secluded patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views, and a private, outdoor hot tub.
 

The cabin will sleep up to 7 people and is perfect for your Colorado Springs vacation lodging. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a double futon on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room (as well as a recliner). The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and dishwasher. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping* services or meals are provided.

Our Cottage for rent in Colorado Springs area, built in 1938, has an upstairs and a downstairs and will sleep up to six people. The upstairs is a combined bedroom/sitting room which has a queen bed, double futon, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/DVD player.

The downstairs of this Cascade, CO vacation rental has a kitchenette, dining area, daybed which opens to two twins, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping* services or meals are provided.

The Midland Room in our Rocky Mountain bed and breakfast is named after the Midland Railroad that used to run through the area in the late 1800's and early 1900's. A quaint upstairs guestroom with knotty pine walls and ceiling, its walls are adorned with local railroad pictures and custom artwork. It has a beautiful carved four-post bed with a traditional style handmade quilt and window coverings. This cozy room has the most windows of any room at the Lodge and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The Midland Room has a private bathroom with a shower, and individual room heat and control. Make reservations for your next Colorado vacation or weekend getaway and enjoy an inviting hotel alternative when you travel to Pikes Peak, Woodland Park, and Colorado Springs.

Rate Range: $100 - $140

The Manitou Room is named after the neighboring town of Manitou Springs, which is located on the pass to Woodland Park, Colorado. Situated just off our foyer on the main floor of our Cascade bed and breakfast, it's a comfortable room with knotty pine interior and hardwood floors. It has a queen sized antique bed with a beautiful handmade quilt and window coverings, and local historic photos reminiscent of the area during times past.

It has a private bathroom with a shower and standard sized bathtub, great for a relaxing soak in the tub after a day of adventure while exploring Pikes Peak. Individual room heat and control in both the bedroom and bathroom allow you to enjoy the comfort you prefer. For guests renting the Entire Lodge, a roll away can be placed in this room to allow for a third person.

Rate Range: $100 - $140

The Cascade Luxury Suite is the most requested room at our bed and breakfast in Colorado. It is the perfect place for your honeymoon, romantic getaway, anniversary celebration, or just a special retreat with your loved one. The Cascade Suite was originally the maid's quarters and storage area for the original owners. It was remodeled in 2004 as a Luxury Suite with the same original character and flair. It has its own private entrance, sitting room, double sided fireplace, whirlpool tub for two, oversized shower with massaging body sprays, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and dining table.

The sitting room in our romantic Colorado luxury suite has a double futon, a fireplace, and Cable TV, VCR and DVD player, with movie and CD collection provided. Guests staying in the Cascade suite also enjoy our signature 3-course breakfast, which can be served in-suite, or they can come to the dining room in the Bed and Breakfast Lodge and join the other guests for breakfast.

The bedroom includes a queen sized aspen log bed with handmade log cabin quilt and window coverings, matching aspen end tables, a fireplace, and a large jetted tub for two; and we TRULY mean, for TWO. Also included in the luxury suite is a bathroom with an oversized shower with body sprays, quite large enough for two! If you're seeking a quiet, private, romantic getaway with romance and pampering, the Cascade Suite is the room for you! You can also schedule to have private, in-suite massages.

The Timber Wolf Room is the coziest of all the rooms at our Cascade, CO lodge and is perfect for your Colorado mountain vacation or weekend getaway. This upstairs guest room has an antique queen sized bed with beautiful handmade pine cone quilt and window coverings, and photos and wood art of wolves adorn the knotty pine walls. (Wolf enthusiasts may enjoy visiting the Colorado Wolf & Wildlife Center while you're staying here with us.) It has a private bathroom with a shower stall. Individual room and bathroom heat to insure you'll be comfortable.

The best feature about the Timber Wolf Room is its private balcony with bistro set. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cookies, or an evening glass of wine while sitting out on your private balcony  taking in the beautiful mountain scenery, evening stars, and clean, crisp, Colorado fresh air.

The Ramona Room is named after a magnificent historic Cascade hotel popular during the late 1800's and early 1900's. It is the next largest room in the bed and breakfast besides our Cascade Suite and is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This room features a queen sized cherry sleigh bed with beautiful handmade morning star quilt and window coverings, and historic photos of the Cascade area and the historic Ramona Hotel. It also has an electric fireplace and a sitting alcove. The private bathroom with a shower and standard sized bathtub is perfect for a soothing soak after a long day of hiking, horseback riding, or whitewater rafting in the Colorado Springs, CO area. Individual room heat and control allow you to set the room for your own comfort. For guests renting the Entire Rocky Mountain Lodge, the sitting alcove is a great place for a child to sleep, if they need to be near Mom and Dad. One of the most unique features you'll find in the Ramona Room is on the door jam to the bathroom.

There you'll find marked along the trim the heights of the original owners’ children as they were growing up. This was the master bedroom of the original owners back in the 1930's, and there's a doorbell in this room that was used to ring the maid in her quarters (now the Cascade Suite). Let us know if you have found the doorbell when you stay in this room.

Looking for Colorado Springs travel lodging? Consider accommodations in our Ute Indian Trail Room, named after the Ute Indians who used to reside in this area. This upstairs guestroom in our Cascade, CO inn is comfortable and rustic with knotty pine walls and ceiling and featuring Native American decor and artwork.

It has a queen log bed with a handmade elk quilt and window coverings. This room also has a writing desk if you're coming for business and need a small work center. The Ute Indian Trail Room has a private bathroom with a shower, and individual room heat in both the bedroom and bathroom.

Rate Range: $95 - $135

Children age 12 and up are welcome in the Bed & Breakfast Lodge; Children of all ages are welcome in our Cabin, Cottage, and "Entire Lodge Rental".

In addition to our cabin and cottage rentals, our Colorado Bed and Breakfast Lodge near Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs has six rustic, elegantly furnished rooms with knotty pine interior for a romantic Colorado getaway. To insure that your stay is comfortable, all six bedrooms have a queen bed, private in room bathroom, individual room heat and control, and cable TV/DVD player.

The Luxury Suite also has a CD & DVD player as well. Modem hookups are available in each room for internet connection as well as wireless access throughout the Lodge. Choose from a sleigh, high post, knotty pine, aspen, or antique bed for your restful night's stay in our Bed and Breakfast Inn near Pikes Peak. Original furnishings decorate several of the rooms. Each of the bedrooms will offer you comfort with a sense of Colorado past.

• Children ages 12 and older are welcome in the Bed & Breakfast Lodge (children of all ages are welcome in our Cabin, Cottage, and "Entire Lodge Rentals").
• 3 night minimum from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day; 2 night minimum remainder of High Season (May - October), 3 night minimum for all 3 day holiday weekends; some holidays and local events may require longer minimums.
• 2 night weekend minimum from November thru April, holidays excluded.
• Other days considered holidays and at the high season rate are: Valentine's Day and the weekends prior and after if it falls during the week; President's Weekend, Christmas/New Year's; Easter weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
• Weekend stays during high season and holidays cannot be broken up and must include both a Friday AND Saturday night stay. If for a 3 day weekend, stays would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for President's weekend).
• We do not take B&B reservations for major holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). We operate only as an "Entire Lodge Rental" during those holidays so that we can spend those days with our own family.
• A deposit equaling one night's stay, or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is due at time of booking. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date, or for holidays or local events, 100% of stay will be charged at time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card or personal check (personal check accepted only if the reservation is 1 month prior to arrival date). Balance is due at arrival, payable with cash or credit card only. If booked for a holiday or local event, payment in full is due at time of booking, and non-refundable.
• NON-SMOKING PROPERTIES: All of our properties are completely non-smoking, both indoors, and on any of our properties outdoors as well. Minimum $500 cleaning and loss of use fee will be charged if we find you have been smoking in or on the properties; $1,500 for entire Lodge Rentals.
• Due to fire and insurance restrictions, no candles or incense are permitted.
• NO PETS permitted in or on the property.
• CANCELLATION POLICIES: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL cancellations on or within 1 month of arrival date will incur a full stay charge. If booked for a holiday or local event, all cancellations are subject to a full stay charge.  All No Shows will incur a full stay charge.
• Check-in: 4:00pm - 6:00pm | Late arrivals must be pre arranged. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
• Check-out: 10:00am for Cabin, Cottage and Entire Lodge Rentals; 11:00am for Bed and Breakfast Room guests.
