Eastholme is located only 6 miles from Colorado Springs, 5 miles from Manitou Springs, and 8 miles from Woodland Park centrally located for all outdoor activities and local attractions. This charming 1885 Victorian inn has been providing lodging accommodations for guests for many years. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a UTE Pass landmark, Eastholme is the oldest and only remaining of a group of resort hotels that once flourished between scenic Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek. The main house is over 5,200 square feet featuring 6 elegant rooms and suites, fireplaces, and private baths.

Your family reunion visiting Colorado will relish the convenience and flexibility of having an entire bed and breakfast to themselves. Your family will awake each morning to a full gourmet breakfast with freshly baked breads, pastries, and culinary delights such as delicate soufflés and hearty frittatas.

The main house has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to 18 people. There are two cabin rentals on the property that accommodate 6 people. With house and cabin rental together, we can accommodate up to 24 people. The facility is ideally suited for your Colorado family reunion, vacation rental, weddings, Air Force graduation and special events.

A full gourmet breakfast will be served each morning at 9:00 am for all guests.

Light housekeeping is performed daily. Eastholme staff will service each room daily for trash removal, vacuum and dust common areas and hallways. No linen change for bath towels and bed sheets are included during your stay.

There is a guest kitchen on the second floor. We encourage our guests to bring disposable dinnerware to limit your time in the kitchen. Go have fun! And better yet, let us arrange catering services by our gourmet chef or from a local catering company and the whole family can enjoy without the cleanup mess.

Marriage Licenses for Colorado

Couples may marry after receiving their marriage license, there is no waiting period in Colorado. Both parties must apply in person (or one party may apply by affidavit). You will need social security numbers and photo ID's. The cost of license is ten dollars. If you need additional information, please call the County Clerk's office:

Cascade is mid-way between Colorado Springs and Woodland Park.

• From I-25 take Exit 141 (Hwy 24 West).
• Proceed on Hwy 24 West approximately 10 miles, just pass mile post 294.
• Exit to the right at the stoplight in Cascade.
• Immediately turn left onto the frontage road, go approximately 50 yards and turn right on Topeka.
• Go up hill one block to Hagerman Avenue.
• Eastholme is located on the far right corner of Topeka and Hagerman Avenue.
• Guest parking is located immediately in front of the main house.

Our formal parlor has an inviting fireplace and sitting room for larger groups, including an entertainment unit with plenty of games, books and puzzles. Our formal dining room seats up to 50 guests and is an excellent area for corporate retreats with breakout sessions and for large groups enjoying a Colorado vacation rental. The outside patio area, porch and balcony are an excellent place to read your morning paper or sip a glass of wine.

Rates for our Colorado bed and breakfast lodging are based on double occupancy and include our 3-course gourmet breakfast served the next morning in the main house dining room.

Breakfast can be served in your room for an additional $12.50 per person, per day. This service must be arranged at the time of reservation.

A fully equipped guest kitchen is available to all guests.  Featuring a full size stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and glassware.
