For the romantic at heart our Katharine Lee Bates room is perfect for your romantic Colorado B&B weekend getaway. Room decor recalls the purple mountains majesty of "America the Beautiful" author. Our most requested room for its majestic mountain views of Pikes Peak. Features a beautiful 18th century antique queen bed with matching dresser and chest. Sarah Beth Bed and Breakfast Room

Columbine Cabin
A great Rocky Mountain lodging for your Colorado romantic honeymoon vacation in our three spacious room cabin. The cathedral ceiling and stone gas fireplace in the master suite provide the ambiance for a romantic getaway for two or a family of four. Primrose Honeymoon Cabin
Our most romantic honeymoon cabin is the perfect Rocky Mountain lodging for your Colorado vacation. For the romantic at heart, and providing the ambiance of an English cottage, this bright and colorful cabin is the perfect Colorado honeymoon retreat. The antique bed is queen sized with a Jacuzzi tub for two. The cabin also features a gas fireplace and table for two for a romantic private dinner. Relax and enjoy the views of the Pike National Forest from your private deck. Sleeps 2*
Kathryn Bed and Breakfast Room
Overlooks Pike National Forest from the third-floor height. Antique white brass queen bed and twin sofa bed. A freestanding electric fireplace compliments this bright and cheerful room. Booked as a single room you have a private hallway bathroom with tub and shower. Sleeps 1-3*, double bed and twin.
The Susan and Kathryn room share a private hallway bathroom when both rooms are reserved together. Excellent guests accommodations for a family of 3-6 when rooms are combined.
Susan Bed and Breakfast Room
A gracious comfortable gabled third floor room is quite and cozy for a weekend getaway. A double sized brass bed, twin bed with a freestanding electric fireplace for ambiance. Booked as a single room you have a private hallway bathroom with tub and shower. Sleeps 1-3*, double bed and twin.
The Susan and Kathryn room share a private hallway bathroom when both rooms are reserved together. Excellent guests accommodations for a family of 3-6 when rooms are combined.

Policies
Rates are based on double occupancy and include our 3-course gourmet breakfast served the next morning in the main house dining room. Breakfast can be served in your room for an additional $12.50 per person per day. This service must be arranged for at the time of reservation.
- Check In: 4 - 6 pm; Check Out: 11 am.
- A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required within 7 days of reservation.
- Balance with 4.9% tax is due upon arrival or hold with a credit card. If cancellation is made before 7 days of the arrival date, there will be a 10% fee of the total reservation, and deposits will be refunded (less the 10% fee).
- Cancellations occurring within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee of the total reservation. Cancellations within the last 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee. These two fees are not charged if the innkeeper can re-book the room.
- We are a Tobacco-Free establishment. Smoking is permitted outside.
