Walk up an original stairway to this large, secluded room. This room has a queen-size bed, an alcove with a sitting chair, a writing desk, a 25" cable television with DVD player, and a large bathroom with a tub and shower. A door opens to a private, outside balcony overlooking the front yard, with a sitting bench and a view of the Flatirons.

Rate: Single - $194 Double - $219

This is a charming room, upstairs in the oldest part of the house. It features a queen bed, a small alcove with an armchair, and a writing desk, overlooking the garden. The private bath has a skylight, a beautiful tile floor, and a pedestal sink. (Please note that the bathroom is private, but it is across the hall. Bathrobes are provided.) The room has a closet and a beautiful oak chest-of-drawers. Cable TV and a DVD-player are available upon request.

French doors open this room to a large private deck nestled in the foliage of a large black walnut tree - an intimate spot to relax or share a private breakfast or tea. The room has a queen bed and an oak secretary desk. The beautifully tiled bath has a shower. This room is upstairs in the main house, with a window and the french doors facing West. Cable TV is available upon request.

Extra-long twin beds are great for siblings or friends traveling together. The bath has a tub and shower and an outside entrance gives great access to our backyard sitting area, a relaxing place to sip tea and chat. (The other entrance opens to the house.) This room can be configured with a king-size bed upon request. Cable TV is available upon request.

This large room has a queen bed adorned with hand-painted, floral art and features a bath with a tub and shower, a vanity, a love seat, and a writing desk. Hand-painted ribbons and flowers adorn the wall above the bed. This is a quiet and lovely room. Cable TV is available upon request.

This large room is full of light. It features a queen bed, a sitting area with a writing desk, a plush sofa which opens into a queen-size sleeper, and a wood-burning fireplace. The private bath features a rain shower, a beautiful tile floor, and a pedestal sink. The room has a gorgeous rustic-oak floor and skylights that give this room a wonderful open feeling. Our most spacious room, and one of our most romantic. Cable TV is available upon request.

• As a small inn, each visit is important to us, and reservations are advised.
• No charge will be made if reservations are cancelled seven days or more prior to the arrival date, or if the space can be occupied by another party.
• Guests cancelling any or all of the reserved nights within seven days of the arrival date will be held responsible in full for the entire reservation ~ unless we are able to resell those nights.  If the space can be occupied by another party, then there is no penalty.
• Check-in: 3 to 9 pm
• Check-Out: 8 am to 12 noon
• A discount of 10% is offered when booking over the phone for stays of five days or more.
• Reservations for three or more rooms, or one room for more than seven nights, require a deposit due one month before the reservation equal to one night's lodging for each room.
• Cash, personal and travelers checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted.
• Premium Rates and minimum stay requirements may apply for special occasions such as Graduation, CU Family Weekend, Bolder Boulder, CU football games, etc. Please call to make your reservation in advance as we may not show special occasion rooms through our internet booking engine.
• Smoking is permitted outside, never in guest or public rooms.
• We regret that we cannot allow pets.
• We welcome well behaved, well supervised children traveling with their parents. No charge is made for children five years of age or younger; children ages 6 and up are charged as additional adults.
