     Sage Room - This lovely room is ideal for couples, friends traveling together, or small families. Catch up with email or search the world wide web using the free wireless internet service. (Sage can accommodate up to 4 family members. Room rate based on double occupancy.     Rose Room - Guests call this our "happy" room. Created in a Country French ambiance, this delightful room features a poster pine queen bed with artfully selected furniture to complete the light-hearted motif. Step out the french doors to the patio and enjoy a sunny afternoon. Sit by the firestove and watch a passing snow storm in the winter months. Indulge in your favorite TV show or make use of the free wireless internet service. Rate: $149 + tax

    Sunrise Room - A sense of privacy envelopes this room making it ideal for an intimate retreat or family getaway. In the morning, this peaceful room captures rays of light from the sunrise ... a fabulous forested scene! This room features a queen bed in one room and has twin beds in an adjoining room. Amenities include lovely Amish quilts, a firestove, TV, free wireless internet, CD player, and thoughtfully selected artwork collected from Michael and Stepanie's worldwide travels.     Blue RoomBlue Room - This light-filled room offers forest and garden views from the balcony and bay window. Relax in a comfy chair and while away an afternoon with a book from the antique bookcase, watch an old movie on the TV/VCR, or sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the soft breeze in the trees. Rate: $159 + tax

    Lupin Room - A peaceful retreat from the fast-paced world, this cozy room features a poster pine queen bed and complimentary furnishings in a Country French motif. Take comfort in the forest views, joy in a movie of your choice, or rediscover your loved one in quiet conversation of rememberances of years gone by. Rate: $139 + tax

    Evergreen Room - Enjoy the romance and enchantment of grand forest views - from every window. A slotted pine sleigh queen bed, antiques and original art grace this lovely room, which features an Amish quilt in red, green, and white cherry design. Relax by the firestove, read a book on your own private deck, watch a movie on the TV/VCR, or drop a line to a friend or business associate on your notebook computer ... wireless. Rate: $179 + tax

    Burgundy Room - Guests tell us that this room cheers their hearts ... "a happy room" filled with enchantment and romance. The queen pine and iron sleigh bed is artistically pleasing and, oh so comfortable! Enjoy a video, good book or light conversation by the bay window that offers relaxing forest and creek views. Rate: $169 + tax

    Wedgewood Blue - A favorite with many guests, this spacious room offers high ceilings and a balcony view of the front garden. The Amish quilt of blue and white accents the handcrafted king pine bed and exquisite antique armoire. The room is well lighted for evening reading, secluded for snuggling up with a loved one, and always the perfect setting for taking in a recommended movie from the vast library of videos! Rate: $169 + tax

    Policies
    • All quoted rates are for double occupancy.
    • Please add 10% travel occupancy tax to the price of all rooms.
    • The Sunrise and Sage Rooms will accommodate a family of four - room pricing reflects double occupancy. There is an additional $15 per person charge.
    • A two night minimum stay is required on Saturdays and holiday periods.
    • A full breakfast is served each morning; and wine or sparkling cider is served in the early evening.
    • Check-in time is 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
    • Our cancellation policy is this: If you give us more than 8 days' notice, we will refund your deposit, in full, less a $10 per room, per night, handling free. Reservations made less than 8 days prior to arrival are considered firm.
    • Dog Policies
      • There is a $25 a night charge for each dog.
      • Your dog may not be left alone in guest rooms.
      • Please keep your dog on a leash in public areas.
      • We will provide a sheet to cover the comforter should your dog sleep on the bed with you.
      • When breakfast is served on the deck, your dog is welcome to join you.
      • We ask that your dog be clean, well groomed, and have current shots and flea & tick care.
      • An aggressive dog is not welcome, nor are young pups. A dog must be good around other people and like other dogs.
      • Owner will be responsible for any damages, injury or lost revenue, that may be caused by their dog. Owners must agree to be responsible for any and all damage done by their dog. The dog owners credit card on file will be charged for any and all damage done by their dog.
