From Interstate 5, take the Cross-town Freeway, Highway 4, east to Highway 99 and then north toward Sacramento. From Highway 99 (about 1 mile), take Waterloo Road, Highway 88 toward Jackson, east to the junction of Highway 49. Turn north (left) on Highway 49 to Sutter Creek, about 3 miles.
