    The Foxes Inn is situated in the middle of historic Sutter Creek, one of California's most celebrated gold rush towns. This Sutter Creek Inn is a Victorian Jewel dating from the mid nineteenth century. The Inn has been extensively renovated, and offers guests a unique blend of graceful hospitality in idyllic surroundings. The bedrooms are nothing short of sumptuous. Each spacious room has been individually designed and adorned with soft furnishings in rich warm colors and luxuriant bathtubs and/or showers.

    The Foxes Inn prides itself on the quality of its chef-prepared, 2-course, cooked-to-order breakfasts.     Via Sacramento:
    Take US 50 east toward Placerville and Lake Tahoe. At the Bradshaw Rd exit, drive south to Jackson Highway / Highway 16. Turn east (left) on Highway 16 through Rancho Murietta and continue to the junctions with Highway 49. Turn south (right) on Highway 49 to Sutter Creek, about 7 miles. Travel time about one hour.

    Via Stockton:
    From Interstate 5, take the Cross-town Freeway, Highway 4, east to Highway 99 and then north toward Sacramento. From Highway 99 (about 1 mile), take Waterloo Road, Highway 88 toward Jackson, east to the junction of Highway 49. Turn north (left) on Highway 49 to Sutter Creek, about 3 miles. Travel time about one hour.

    In Sutter Creek:
    The Foxes Inn is located on the north end of Main Street (Highway 49) on the west side of the street at 77 Main Street. Parking is in the rear of the Inn on Hayden Alley.
