Welcome to Shady Oaks Country Inn - A bed and breakfast in the Heart of Napa Valley
Enjoy Breakfast and wine and cheeses on our Roman Pillared patio built in 1883 covered with a 100 year old Wisteria Vine. Take a ride on our swing hanging from the 200 year old oak tree or enjoy a game of Bocce on the Bocce court.
For over two decades we have served what has become known as “the best full champagne breakfast in the Napa Valley”.
Awaken to the Inn’s own blend of coffee. We serve a full champagne breakfast complete with Eggs Benedict, Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, our home baked croissants, a selection of premium teas, coffee, fresh juice and champagne of course.
During the Winter we serve breakfast in the fireside dining room. When weather permits we serve on our patio built in the 1880″s with roman pillars and covered with a one hundred year old Wisteria vine.
You could not be in a better location in the Heart of the Napa Valley the premier Wine Country in California. Walk through vineyards to wineries from this perfect location on Zinfandel Lane just one mile to Downtown St. Helena. Fine and casual dining and boutique shopping. We are approximately 1 1/2 hours from San Francisco, Oakland or Sacramento.

We have five rooms all with private baths, two have private entrances, and three have fireplaces. All our rooms are beautifully done in antiques with fine linens, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and decanters of port. Flat screen TV's
