Morning Glory

This room is decorated in china blue with white. The view of mature trees and tall mountain peaks are relaxing as you rest on the antique white iron bed. Your private bath includes a claw-footed tub and shower. Fluffy towels, comfy bathrobes and bath condiments await your arrival.

Prince Albert Room

Rich tones of wine, gray, blue and white, along with the long double corner windows add to the regal Victorian look. With moiré drapes and an antique French bed, this room is fit for a prince. The claw-footed tub invites long, refreshing soaks. The gentle morning sun peering through lace panels highlight the richness of this room.

Rose Room

Cozy 3rd floor room under gabled roof whose windows overlook the pool & backyard. Queen bed, Victorian dresser, antique bridge lamp & handsome pair of overstuffed chairs complete this romantic nook. Bath salts, foams & soaps are provided for the bathtub (with shower). Maximum Occupancy: 2

Policies

• Check in time is 3 - 6pm. We ask for check out at 11 am however you are welcome to relax downstairs or enjoy the grounds longer. Please call in advance if you are arriving after 6 pm.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit, a one night payment for one night's stay or 50% of your total reservation for longer stays.
• Gourmet vegetarian breakfasts, (full weekends/expanded continental weekdays), afternoon tea, dessert, complimentary beverages & snacks, and our luxurious house, pool, gardens, off street parking, and business services provide guests with one of the best packages to be found in Los Angeles.
• Posted rates are for double occupancy, rooms that can accommodate more than 2 persons have an additional fee of $30 per person, $60 per person during New Year package.
• We are a completely non-smoking property (as is all South Pasadena) for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. We request that smokers use sidewalk areas street side away from all entrances/windows. Guests who violate the policy and smoke are subject to a minimum $400 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
• As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly.
  • All cancellations are subject to a minimum $25 per booked room cancellation fee.
  • 14 full days prior to arrival date - Refund of payment, less the $25 cancellation fee.
  • 30-day cancellation applies to all holidays and from mid November through January 15th, $50 cancel fee applies per room and per night, (New Year's Package requires 1/2 payment as advance payment, $500 cancel fee, and balance due 7/1).
  • 30-day cancellation or more applies to all bookings of more than two rooms, retreats and special events. $50 cancel fee applies per room and per night.
  • All cancellations must be provided in writing to the innkeeper.
  • Less than as posted above, your refund is subject to our ability to rebook rooms, less a minimum $50 per night cancellation fee.
• Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or reservations.
• We love pets however we normally cannot accommodate them at the inn. Inquire with innkeeper for local kennels or possibility of bringing your small pet.
