Morning Glory
This room is decorated in china blue with white. The view of mature trees and tall mountain peaks are relaxing as you rest on the antique white iron bed. Your private bath includes a claw-footed tub and shower. Fluffy towels, comfy bathrobes and bath condiments await your arrival.
English Holiday Room
A cheery, bright corner room recalling England in the 20's with bold color and florals. KING pillowtop bed, comfy chairs, desk & wardrobe complete the setting. Elegant blue & white bathroom features a walk-in SHOWER. 2nd Floor. Maximum Occupancy: 2.
Prince Albert Room
Rich tones of wine, blue & brown provide a regal setting in this elegant room. Slumber in an antique QUEEN SIZE French bed fit for a prince. Victorian bathroom includes deep claw-footed soaking TUB/SHOWER. Sofa bed for children. 2nd floor. Maximum Occupancy: 4.
Rose Room
Cozy 3rd floor room under gabled roof whose windows overlook the pool & backyard. Queen bed, Victorian dresser, antique bridge lamp & handsome pair of overstuffed chairs complete this romantic nook. Bath salts, foams & soaps are provided for the bathtub(with shower). Maximum Occupancy: 2.
Victoria's Room
This quaint room had a special surprise — a solarium room overlooking the pool — perfect for relaxing in the morning sun, with your newspaper, fresh brewed coffee and one of our delicious home made pastries.
Master Suite
Large corner room, antique QUEEN bed, matching armoire, SINGLE twin bed, fireplace front, spacious bathroom w/glass enclosed 2 person double-headed shower with bench. Anna Bissell called this her "morning room" due to the exquisite light. 2nd floor. Maximum Occupancy: 3.

Policies
- International customers, you will need to email us with your credit card information as our processor is not accepting your card information for some reason. Please email with your names, credit card numbers, expiration date & 3 digit code. Thank you.
- Check in time is 3pm and after.
- We have a hassle free self check-in process for later arrivals. Instructions will be left for you onsite. Please call the Innkeeper at 626.441.3535 if you need assistance with the self-check-in process.
- Check out is 11am however our guests are welcome to relax downstairs or enjoy the grounds longer.
- Reservations are confirmed by payment of your 1st night or 50% of your total stay with us.
- Full ova-lacto( eggs and dairy) vegetarian breakfasts, daily afternoon dessert tea available mid to late afternoon, use of our luxurious house, unheated pool, gardens, FREE off street parking, and business services provide guests with one of the best packages to be found in Los Angeles.
- Posted rates are for up to double occupancy, rooms that can accommodate more than 2 persons have an additional fee of $30.00 per person, $60.00 per person during New Year's.
- We are a completely non-smoking property (as is all South Pasadena) for reasons of health, safety and comfort for all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in premises are subject to a minimum $400.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.
- Cancellations: All cancellations/refunds are subject to a $25 per room fee.
- Excepting peak holiday season of November 15-January 15 and holidays, reservations are refundable with written notice to the inn 14 days prior to arrival date.
- 30-day written cancellation is required for refund during holiday seasons and is made to the extent rooms are re-booked.
- New Year's Week requires separate contract with Innkeeper, we do not offer refund or cancellations due to our prime location for The Tournament of Roses Parade on Orange Grove Ave. and New Year's Eve festivities. We are the only lodging on Orange Grove for walking the Parade route.
- 30-day cancellation also applies to group reservations, retreats and special events.
- All cancellations will receive confirmation by mail or email within 2 weeks of notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or reservations. We adore pets however we no longer can accommodate them.
