With nine foot high ceilings, it is our most spacious room and it is the room Carol Channing always stays in when she and her hubby visit every so often. A confection of cream, mint and pale rose envelopes this bright and cheerful smaller room. It has the creature comforts for a relaxing stay and the pampered feeling to go with it. The Tioga Room is on the second floor. It has nine foot high ceilings throughout, a real closet and a full bath. Many say it's the sweetest room ~ small, yet well balanced.

One of our two smaller rooms on the second floor and perhaps our prettiest room! The nine foot high ceiling gives a feeling of openness. And the furniture is lovely ~ two occasional chairs and museum quality antique furniture including a tiger oak headboard. The walnut armoire with beveled full length mirrored door is for hanging clothes. And did we mention the bedside jetted tub? With overhead ceramic tiled shower?

Our only guest room on the first floor, this heaven-sent room with eleven foot high ceilings has a private entrance through its garden patio and also an interior entrance from the hospitality room. On the main floor and adjacent to the hospitality room, this set-up is ideal for guests who would rather not climb stairs to the second floor. The Yosemite Room is not as large as the Bradford, but the beautiful private patio enclosed within a picket fence, the fire stove, and the two person heated whirlpool tub makes this room a real favorite.

PAYMENT. MC, VISA, and personal check (guaranteed by a valid credit card). Checks must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation request and at least five (5) days prior to arrival. An advance pre-payment equal to the first night or one-half of the total amount, whichever is greater, will be charged prior to arrival. Any balance is due upon arrival.
OCCUPANCY TAX. County occupancy tax is 10% and is additional to the room rates.
Cancellations received with the required advance notification will receive a 100 per cent refund. Cancellations received with less than the required notification cannot be refunded unless the rooms are resold. We do not over book and therefore we cannot make any exceptions.
5 days prior to arrival. All regular, non-event, non-holiday periods and days.
10 days prior to arrival. Special Event and Holiday periods and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.
10 days prior to arrival. Two rooms visiting together.
30 days prior to arrival. Three or four rooms visiting together.
60 days prior to arrival. Special events at the inn.
SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAY PERIODS require a two-night minimum.
CHECK IN begins at 3:00 P.M. Confirmed rooms are held all night for arrival.
EARLY CHECK IN - ADDITIONAL FEE . If you request early check in when you make your reservation and the inn is able to accommodate your request, your room will be guaranteed by 1:30 p.m. and a staff member will greet you upon your arrival. an Early Check in fee of $40.00 plus 8 per cent tax is taken for a maximum of two guests arriving early and will be included in the pre-payment. There are no refunds of the early check in fee regardless of the time you actually arrive or with less than three (3) days notice prior to your arrival date. We are not able to grant early check in to more than one room.
CHECK OUT is noon.
SMOKING is permitted outdoors.
SORRY, NO GUEST PETS. The inn provides two pets. Their names are Josh and Kody, our two kitties. They are not allowed inside the inn. If they are in the mood, they will be waiting for you in the inn's parking lot and will show you to the inn's front door. They are spoiled rotten and rule the innkeeper room. You are wise to make off-site accommodations for your pets because Kody, especially, does not do well with other animals.
Guests under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or other legally responsible person during the entire length of stay.
STATE OF CA LIQUOR LAW requires that any lodge, inn, bed and breakfast, etc. must possess a liquor license to offer liquor, including beer and wine, whether complimentary or not. Bradford Place has elected to not obtain a liquor license. Additionally, Bradford Place has elected to not secure liquor liability insurance. Guests may responsibly consume the beverage of their choice in the privacy of their guest room. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed in any public area of the inn, hospitality room, parlors, porches, yard, grounds or parking area. It's the law.
THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS. When two or more rooms are reserved by one party for friends, family or co-workers staying at the inn, we will hold the reserved rooms for a period of 48 hours only so that all parties may confirm their individual reservation with pre-payment directly to the inn. Unconfirmed rooms remaining at the end of the 48 hour period will automatically be cancelled and the rooms will be placed on open status for a minimum of three days.
GROUP PRICING. We are not able to offer group discounts. A 15% service fee will be added to the regular rooms rates.
EVENTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS OCCASIONS. Bradford Place is not available for special events, weddings, etc.
