Sausalito Bed and Breakfasts
Sausalito is a San Francisco Bay Area city located in Marin County, California, United States. Each April Sausalito's colorful floating homes community presents the Artists of Issaquah free exhibition. In late May, the Caledonia St Fair features over 100 artists of all mediums who participate in the one day event. Sausalito has many springs, and was once a common destination for early mariners to get fresh water. Sausalito receives a steady stream of visitors via the bridge and a ferry service from San Francisco. It retains one of the few ungated marinas in the Bay Area that attracts visitors. Look for a good meal at the family owned and operated Italian restaurant, Angelino Restaurant and for breakfast hurry on down to Fred's Coffee Shop, a favorite local breakfast spot for 40 years and the oldest and the most famous in Sausalito.
