Policies
All of our beautiful rooms feature private bathrooms and are individually decorated and comfortably furnished. Many rooms have hardwood floors with Oriental rugs.
- All rates include a fulll gourmet breakfast and afternoon wine social.
- Rates are based on double-occupancy and subject to 12% bed tax as of January 1, 2001. There is also an energy charge of $2.25/day as well as a Tourism Fee of $1.50/day. The charge for each additional guest is $35 plus tax per room night. Special business and mid-week rates as well as weekly and monthly rentals are available from October 15th to May 15th. Please inquire.
- Off-season, a two-night minimum stay is required if a Saturday night is included. During July and August a three-night minimum stay may be required if a Saturday night is included. We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy however we do charge a non-refundable advance payment for the first night's stay at the time the reservation is confirmed. All changes or cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a credit card charge for the remainder of your stay.
