Visitors have an abundant choice of activities to enjoy due to our location on the Blossom Trail and proximity to the Kings River and national parks. Our panoramic views and star lit nights will be lasting memories! Visit the tasting room and enjoy handcrafted wines made on site by your innkeepers. Our Cedar View Winery produces Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, as well as unique wines from our estate Alicante Bouschet vineyard.

Hosts Jim and Debbie Van Haun welcome you to read about our three choices of accommodations. Our proximity to two of the West's most beautiful National Parks makes Sequoia View Bed and Breakfast a great place to come home to after a day of river rafting, rock climbing, or a visit to the Big Trees.

An abundance of fresh juices and breads are prepared in our kitchen daily, with many ingredients grown locally on our farm or on neighboring farms. Winery

Completed in spring 2003, Cedar View’s new winery building houses not only the winery facility, but the tasting room and new “Winemakers Suite”, an exclusive suite on the second floor. The winery is truly “boutique”, producing small handcrafted quantities of premium wines. All winemaking activities are completed on site including crushing, fermentation, pressing, aging, blending and bottling. All wine tasting is complimentary for guests of the Bed and Breakfast. Please click here for information on wine tasting for the public.

Our flagship wine, Alicante Bouschet, is a Rhone style grape that is steeped in history and grown on-site. Alicante was the number one wine grape in California before prohibition and is unique because of its dark juice. Only 900 acres remain today in California. Cedar View also produces Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Viognier and others. The tasting room where all of the wines can be enjoyed is reminiscent of Tuscany. Local artwork, cheeses, olive oils and clothing are also featured.

To assist in receiving and enjoying our award-winning wines, Cedar View sponsors a Wine Cellar Club where three wines are shipped quarterly. Members also receive significant discounts on tastings, merchandise and events.

To arrange a shipment of our wine, or sign up as a member of our Wine Cellar Club, please call toll free at 866.738.6420 or locally at 559.787.9412.
