We have both lived and traveled throughout Europe and have sought to recreate a feeling of European comfort and ease, with touches of whimsy, in our newly remodeled Bed et Breakfast. Freshly brewed coffee and a full gastronome breakfast will be served to you each morning in our inviting dining room, or in the sun filled back patio. Every evening you can relax and enjoy a tasting of Local and French wines paired with delectable appetizers. San Luis Obispo's famous Thursday Farmers' Market provides the freshest produce that make the breakfasts at Petit Soleil gourmet delights! You will be treated to the season's freshest fruit, homemade granola, fresh baked coffee cakes, biscotti and scones. In addition, we have daily specials - Quiches made with zucchini and parmesan cheese, leek and chevre or ham, cheddar and spring onion. There is Amaretto French Toast, Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and Toasted Almond Waffles. The menus are ever-changing and always delicious.

Taste a local wine, maybe a French wine or some of our favorites from Central Coast of California paired with light appetizers. Each evening we prepare a selection of hors d'oeuvres to compliment our wines. We use locally grown produce from farmer's market, various cheeses, fresh-pressed olive oil and homemade breads. Each of our fifteen rooms has been uniquely appointed with colors reminiscent of Provence and with touches of whimsy. The names are just a hint of what you will find inside each room. One thing they all do share is comfort and a wonderful night's rest. All our rooms are non smoking, have private baths, L'Occitane products, TV's in cabinets, AM/FM/CD players, free local phone calls, high speed internet (Wireless and cat 5) and much more.
