Located just two blocks from Washington Square Inn (and all the great restaurants and shops in North Beach) is a large two bed room/one bath flat, with beautifully maintained original hardwood floors. The living room is comfortably furnished with authentic leather furniture (includes a pull out queen bed) and a fireplace, and flat screen TV. The apartment has views of Alcatraz on San Francisco Bay, and full views of Russian Hill and Nob Hill. The main bedroom is luxuriously decorated with a combination of antiques, paired with contemporary furniture, another flat screen TV and a king bed. An additional bedroom/sunroom has a trundle day bed (sleeps two). This room leads out to a deck, which has great views of Golden Gate Bridge as well as Russian & Nob Hill and is perfect for watching the sun set over the Bay. There is a large gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped, down to your own coffee maker and a six burner Wolf range. A one car covered and secure garage is included.

General Policies
The Washington Square Inn rivals the finest San Francisco Bay Area hotels in luxury services and amenities. Each room features European antiques, telephone, cable TV, soft robes and private baths. Some rooms have sitting areas in bay windows with views of such famous sights as Coit Tower and the Cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul. Other rooms offer a cozier atmosphere with their own private fireplaces overlooking an inner courtyard. Consider our well-appointed accommodations for your San Francisco, California travels. We take pride in providing our guests with contemporary luxury in a European-style atmosphere.
General Policies:
- A one nights deposit is charged to your credit card to secure your reservation, the balance will be due only on departure.
- Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to 15.5% hotel tax.
- Additional person limited to specific rooms, midweek, non-holiday periods and pre-arrangement only - $50.
- Two-night minimum stay required if Saturday night is included. There is a three night minimum during holiday periods.
- No smoking is permitted on the premises
- No pets please.
- Our check in time is from 3 - 7 pm. Check out time is 11 am.
- Our front desk is open from 7 am to 10 pm daily
- Cancellation policy is 7 days prior to your scheduled reservation date, less $25 fee.
- Cancellation made within the 7 day period may be responsible for the entire amount of your scheduled stay, unless we rebook the room.
- A 14 day cancellation notice is required for all holiday stays.
- Groups of 3 (rooms) or more require a 30-day cancellation notice.
