Dolores Place

• Room rate: $139 single or double occupancy per night plus 15% SFO City Taxes.
• Full payment is due in advance or upon check-in
• Rates include a continental-style breakfast (coffee, teas, juices, fruit, yogurt, breakfast breads, etc.)
• A minimum stay of 3-nights is required on most weekends.
• Certain holiday periods may require a 4 night minimum reservation.
• Check-in time is normally determined by prearrangement with host. Checkout time is 11 a.m.
• We regret we cannot accept pets.
• In consideration of our guests we are a NON SMOKING bed and breakfast inn.
• Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; so we strictly adhere to policies.
• Reservations may be secured by a deposit in the amount of 1 night's stay plus tax.
• Reservations of 3 to 4 nights require a deposit in the amount of 2 night's stay plus tax.
• Reservations of 5 to 6 nights require a deposit in the amount of 3 night's stay plus tax.
• Reservations of 7 or more nights require an additional deposit depending on the length of stay.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and Cash.
• Deposits are refundable less a $45 processing fee if we are notified of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your expected arrival.
• If notification of cancellation is less than 20 days prior to arrival, the deposit less the $45 processing fee is refundable only if we are able to re-book Dolores Place for the entire length of your reserved stay. We will make every effort to do so.
• Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policies.

Dolores Place features a Queen-sized bed, phone, private bathroom (shower) television (cable), VCR, wireless "WIFI" connection, kitchenette (microwave, bar fridge, toaster, coffee-maker, and sink) and private outside entrance. Dolores Place opens out onto its own private and sunny deck. Parking is available. (Some parking restrictions apply. Ask for details.)

Your continental-style breakfast is put in your mini-fridge the night before, to be enjoyed at your convenience. Breakfast may include fresh fruit, yogurt, juices and breakfast breads. We offer excellent coffees and an assortment of regular and herb teas.
