Room Information & Policies
We have one guest room located on the lower level of the 1907 cottage which is tucked away behind another building on San Francisco's Russian Hill in the Nob Hill District. The front entrance to the cottage, takes you under the front building to a beautiful garden. The room was completely renovated in 1997 and offers:
- Furnishings from American Country Antique, A spacious sitting are,
- Queen sized be, Twin size hide- a-be, Kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave.
Other amenities include:
- High speed internet
- TV VCR/DVD
- CD player
- Phone with answering machine
- Private bath with hairdryer
- Ironing board and iron
- Private deck
For your convenience, we keep coffee and tea in the room. Great markets and delis are near our San Francisco Vacation Rental, providing a wide variety of breakfast foods and treats.
There is no breakfast or maid service provided.
The queen sized feather bed is adorned with down pillows and a comforter. A twin size hide-a-bed is available for one extra person. Onsite parking is not offered. Parking is available 2 blocks away for $20 per night. The location is central to almost any convenience you would desire.

- The small kitchenette consisting of a microwave, refrigerator and sink is suitable for making a light breakfast. NO COOKING please.

Final payment must be made in cash, cashier's check or travelers checks. We do not accept credit cards. Please, no personal checks except for payment of deposit.
- A deposit equal to one night of your stay is required to confirm a reservation at our San Francisco Vacation Home. We allow 7 days for the arrival of the deposit.
- Payment of deposit constitutes your understanding of our policies and, most importantly, your agreement to abide by them.
- No refunds or adjustments after arrival.
- Cancellation: Three weeks notice required for refund. Verification of cancellation by innkeeper required (an email sent without our verification is not acceptable)
