Point Reyes Seashore Lodge

The Point Reyes Seashore Lodge is located on Coastal Highway One in the Town of Olema at the gateway to the Point Reyes National Seashore, near the San Francisco Bay Area, and the Napa-Sonoma Wine Country. It is the perfect location from which to explore the timeless beauty of the Point Reyes National Seashore, as well as San Francisco, Muir Woods or the Wine Country.

After a day of adventure, return to the Lodge for a restful evening in the quiet countryside. Sit by a cozy fire in your room, relax in a whirlpool tub, or simply settle in a lawn chair in our backyard with some local wine and cheese or fresh-baked cookies and tea. Enjoy our flowering gardens and watch the numerous local birds around Olema Creek.

Restaurant, Bar and Deli

When it's dinner time, just walk next door to the Farm House Restaurant. One of the original establishments along the California Coast in the quaint town of Olema, our Farm House Restaurant and Bar first opened its doors to wagoners and travelers in 1865, and like good wine, the Farm House is aging well. Ever since those first days, the Farm House Restaurant has been regarded by travelers and locals alike as a pleasurable getaway for dining and for peaceful enjoyment of the Point Reyes National Seashore.

The bar still feels like an old-time cowboy bar with tin ceilings, plank flooring and colorful stained glass windows. Featuring cuisine that caters to every palate, we remain true to "life on the farm" by using farm-fresh ingredients. The Farm House continually supports organic farming and sustainable practices whenever possible. The seasonally-changing menu is supplemented with daily special offerings to take advantage of the freshest available ingredients. Our Farm House Deli is perfect for beach or in-room picnics. Rotisserie chickens, hot paninis, homemade wraps, sandwiches, desserts, espressos, lattes, beer and wine can all be found "to-go" at the deli, located adjacent to the restaurant and lodge.

Weddings

The Point Reyes Seashore Lodge specializes in weekend destination weddings. We offer 23 lodging rooms and 2 cottages, located on three acres of serene gardens. Wedding couples will find the Lodge's private country estate setting to be the ideal location to hold an outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. Your guests will enjoy the luxury of their own private lodging room. They will also have time to relax in our sunny backyard among the blooming English gardens and lush green lawns overlooking the Olema Creek. The grounds can accommodate up to 150 wedding guests.

• The Park Room, surrounded by windows overlooking Redwood trees, the Olema Creek and our Clemente Gardens, can seat up to 40 guests. Enjoy a glowing fire in the fireplace while your guests watch the sunset over the Olema Ridge.
• The Clemente Garden is a beautiful setting for any occasion. Located outdoors underneath majestic Redwood trees near the Olema Creek, this setting features colorful flower beds, lush lawns, a bubbling stone fountain, and an outdoor bar. For parties up to 100 guests, this is an ideal location for a wedding and reception or rehearsal dinner.

Conferences and Retreats

The Lodge is an ideal site for conferences, executive retreats and team building activities of up to 25 people. We are located approximately one hour's drive from the Golden Gate Bridge, yet light years from the distractions of the normal workday. Our goal is to make your retreat or meeting effortless on your part. We can provide a deluxe continental or hot breakfast to start your day and cater meals from simple snacks to elegant luncheons. Please contact us for information, availability, and pricing. We will set up your meeting room as casual or as formal as you choose. A/V materials are available upon request and catering to your group is one of our specialties.

For larger groups our Park Room, located in our restaurant, is available for groups up to 45 and for banquet lunches and dinners. With expansive views of the Redwood Trees, the newly built Park Room is light, airy and elegant. The 13-foot high peaked ceiling and wainscoting are beautiful golden vertical-grained fir. Floral carpeting and an arts-and-crafts style fireplace maintain the historical ambiance of the 140-year-old Farm House building.
