The Cottage (pictured at right and below)- Cottage has one double bed, full bath and small kitchenette
- Rates: $135 (+ 14% City of Oakland Hotel Tax) single or double per night.
- Surcharge of $10 per night for each additional person or animal.
- We are unable to accept credit cards.
- A deposit of one night's stay is required.
- Cancel prior to 4 weeks in advance and your deposit is refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee.
- No refund if you cancel less than 4 weeks or a no-show, unless the time can be re-booked.
- DISCOUNT of ten percent for stays of 7 nights or more.
