Kaleidoscope Inn and Gardens

• Rooms range from $125 to $160 per night.
• Check in is after 3:00 pm. Check ins are available after 7pm - just give us advance notice. Check out is 11:00 am.
• There is no fee if cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Holiday, special event and mulitple rooms bookings require 30 day notice. On shorter notice, the following will be charged:
• Holiday, special event and mulitple rooms bookings will be billed for two night's stay.
• Other bookings will be billed for one night's stay.
• Some other charges may apply if you had booked a package. Please see our detailed Cancellation Policy.
• Bed tax of 9% will be added to room rates.
• Room rates include full breakfast and are based on single or double occupancy. Additional person: $50.
• Reservations are secured by credit card. Final payment may be made by cash, Visa, or Master Card.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Smoking is permitted in all outside areas; for guest comfort, smoking is not allowed in the house.
• A TV/VCR is located in the library. With the exception of the Master Suite, there are no TVs in the guest rooms.
• For the comfort of our guests, pets are allowed in the cottage only.

Cancellation Policy - Additional Details

• B&B Rooms - There is no fee if cancellation notice is received more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Holiday, special event and multiple room bookings require 30 day notice. On shorter notice, the following will be charged:
• Holiday and special event bookings will be billed for two night's stay.
• Multiple room bookings will be billed for one night's stay for each room.
• Other bookings will be billed for one night's stay.

Packages - certain package elements that we reserve for you with other service providers are non refundable or incur cancellation fees. These packages and the associated cancellation fees are:

• Hearst Castle Package - Tours that are rescheduled or cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled tour are charged a $14 fee. We will have to bill this amount to your credit card.
• Theater Package - Most theater tickets are non refundable once booked, resulting in a $40 cancellation fee to the Inn. If your room is cancelled within the 7-day window, we will have to put this charge on your credit card.
• Rose Bouquets - If you cancel a Romance Package less than 2 days before your scheduled check in, we have to charge the cost of the rose bouquet, which is $50.
• Spa Package - If you cancel a Spa Package less than 2 days before your scheduled check in, we have to charge the full amount of the massages, which is $180. This is the amount that the spa charges the Inn.
• Girlfriends Package - If you cancel a Girlfriends Package less than 2 days before your scheduled check in, we have to charge the full amount of the facials, manicure and pedicure, which is $190. This is the amount that the salons charge the Inn.
• Wine Tasting Package - If you cancel a Wine Tasting Package less than 7 days before your scheduled check in, we have to charge you the two hour town car cancellation fee, which is $110. Or, if you had rented the larger limo, $140. This is the amount that the limo company charges the Inn.
