Golfing: Situated on 175 acres of beautiful rolling lowlands, the Napa Golf Course is a championship-layout course that’s great for all skill levels. Hikes & Nature Walks: Trek through Napa's many wilderness destinations. Westwood Hills Park is just a quarter-mile from the inn and offers an incredible 320 degree view with seven miles of trails, picnic tables, the Carolyn Parr Nature Musuem, and pristine valley views (707) 257-9529.
Bothe State Park, between St. Helena and Calistoga, offers 10 miles of hiking trails that go through stands of coastal redwoods as well as forests of Douglas-fir, tanoak, and madrone. (707) 942-4575.

Offbeat Attractions: For wacky fun, visit both the Old Faithful Geyser and Petrified Forest up the valley in Calistoga. In the Petrified Forest, see The Giant, 60-foot redwood buried over three million years ago by a volcanic eruption. Walk the forest's quiet paths and enjoy the ancient splendor of trees frozen in time. The Old Faithful Geyser's although not quite as impressive as its cousin in Yellowstone – offers a fascinating nature-driven performance of gushing water. The geyser throws thousands of gallons of water skyward in a delightful display.

From San Francisco airport
- Head north on I-280
- Follow 19th Avenue to the Golden Gate Bridge
- Cross the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin (you'll be on I-101 North)
- Take Highway 37 exit (at Novato) east to Highway 121
- Turn left onto 121 (at Infineon Raceway) continuing to Highway 29
- Turn left (north) to Napa
- Take the First Street exit and turn left to go over the overpass
- Pass the Chevron on your right
- Take the next right onto Easum Drive
- The inn is straight ahead
From Oakland airport
- Take Hwy 880 North to Hwy 80 East (towards Sacramento)
- Take the Napa cutoff in Vallejo (at Marine World Parkway, Hwy 37 west)
- Follow the signs to Highway 29
- Turn right (north) at 29 (If you miss the exit, there is another further north at Hwy 12 West, which will take you to Hwy 29 also)
- Follow signs for 29 North to Napa
- Take the First Street exit and turn left to go over the overpass
- Pass the Chevron on your right
- Take the next right onto Easum Drive
- The inn is straight ahead
From Sacramento airport
- Take 1-80 West to the Highway 12 West exit (about 45 minutes)
- Exit on Highway 12 West
- Curve through the vineyards to where 12 meets 29
- Follow signs for 29 North to Napa
- Take the First Street exit and turn left to go over the overpass
- Pass the Chevron on your right
- Take the next right onto Easum Drive
- The inn is straight ahead
