- Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations are subject to a $35 per room cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 full days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night's stay or 50% of the reserved stay, whichever is greater, unless the room(s) can be rebooked.
- 30 days cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.
- We have a 2 night minimum for most weekends, and a 3 night minimum for most holiday weekends and Saturdays from June through October. Sometimes shorter weekend stays are available, so please call for details.
- Additional policies apply to group reservations of three rooms or more.
- Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn.
- Pets: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests' pets.
