Some of the Beazley House rooms are dog friendly; all have free wireless Internet access, HDTV’s, upscale amenities, plush robes, CD players, clock radios, and private baths.

The Beazley House is the first bed and breakfast inn in Historic Downtown Napa, California. Jim & Carol Beazley opened the bed and breakfast in 1981 and are still the innkeepers. The current Carriage House was built in 1983 to replicate the original.  Jim & Carol created 5 rooms, all with their own entrances, gas fireplaces, and two-person spa tubs. The Carriage House is surrounded by glorious gardens.

By 1989, all of the B&B’s 11 guest rooms had private baths, including the historic mansion’s rooms. Construction within the historic mansion was challenging. The Beazley’s strove to maintain the original feel while accommodating the needs of today’s Napa travelers. Private baths were cleverly fitted into the existing bedrooms and all per Napa County building codes and regulations.

Carol and Jim continue to personally manage the inn. They are constantly making upgrades and changes to the property to maintain the best bed and breakfast in Napa. In fact, they have been voted “Best B&B” by locals and listeners of KVON & KVYN radio 17 times.

Beazley House’s location serves as the perfect “home base” from which to explore wineries, vineyards, restaurants, and the picturesque Napa Valley. Located in a historic downtown Napa neighborhood, the B&B is just a short walk from the newly revitalized riverfront. The Napa Valley Opera House, the Napa Valley Wine Train, fine dining, shopping, and Napa’s Oxbow Market are all within walking distance.

• Rates are quoted double occupancy and include breakfast, but NOT taxes.
• We offer our guests a nonsmoking environment. Smoking is permitted in the Gardens.
• Multi-day stay may be required if the stay involves a weekend or holiday.
• A 10-day notice is required for deposit return unless your canceled room is re-rented.
• Any room not re-rented will be charged the full room rate.
• Cancellations will be charged a $35 fee to help us recover costs, regardless.
• Check-in: 3:30 - 6:30 pm, unless previously arranged with innkeepers.
