• Deposits: All reservations are taken with a 50% deposit, taken at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Prior to 72 hours, cancellations will be accepted with a $25 processing fee. All cancellations less than 72 hours will result in a charge equal to the first night's room charge unless room can be rebooked.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours will forfeit the entire cost of the stay unless room can be rebooked.
• Check-in time is from 3 until 7 PM; check-out time is 11 AM. Early or late arrival/departure is possible with advance notice. If arriving later than 7 PM, we will advise you of our late check-in procedure.
• Additional Persons: If there are additional persons over 7 years of age staying in the room, there is an $20 fee per person.
• Pets: Victoria Inn has a no-pets-allowed policy.
• Smoking: As a smoke-free environment, smoking is not allowed on the premises, including balconies and porches.
