The most extensive redwood woodwork in the house welcomes you with built-in settee and reading nook. A queen-sized feather bed completes this rich and cozy room. The room includes a private bathroom with tub and shower combination as well as a CD player.
Dennen Suite
Tongue and Groove Redwood Ceilings and a King Size Brass Bed make this room a favorite of visitors to our cozy Mendocino bed and breakfast. An adjacent private Sitting Room and Deck overlooking the Back Garden complete this comfortable room. TV, DVD, VCR, CD. Private Bath with double headed shower for two.
Garden Room
Tucked in off a patio behind the house, privacy abounds here. French Doors bring you into this comfortably appointed room with Queen size White Iron Bed. The room includes an expansive, private, oversize Bathroom with tub/shower combination plus a CD player.
Victorian Suite
Once the heart of the house, this two-room suite with converted kitchen welcomes you. This coveted suite features a King-size feather bed, wet bar TV, DVD, VCR, CD, and wood burning fireplace plus a generously sized private bath with soaking tub for two and shower.

Carriage House Room
This spacious room was converted from the original carriage house. It features a King-sized white iron bed and an additional white iron day bed. A large wood-burning fireplace faces a cozy sofa. Private bathroom with stall shower. CD with clock radio. Free Hi-speed Wi-Fi.
Daisy's Room
Bright and airy, this country cottage type room is appointed with a queen-sized oak roll top feather bed, wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable antique furniture. The room also includes a private bathroom with stall shower.
Seabreeze Room
This charming cottage type room features oak antique furniture, queen-sized feather bed, and a wood-burning fireplace. The room includes a private bathroom with stall shower.
Tree View Room
Elegantly appointed room with Victorian and East Lake antiques, finished off with a tiled private bathroom with spa tub and shower. Wood-burning fireplace. The centerpiece of this room is its queen-sized Victorian feather bed. CD player.
Creekside RoomSaid to be the most romantic and the favorite room by far. This large private room is located at the end of the second building and is nearest the creek. A seven foot queen-sized mahogany feather bed faces the wood-burning fireplace, and windows offer panoramic coastal views. Private bathroom with stall shower. CD player.

Quail Cottage
Our very private Quail Cottage sits quietly at the top of the meadow. The cottage is adjacent to the serene forest and features blue water ocean views from the large picture windows or your choice of decks. The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen for your intimate dining pleasure. Amenities include a queen-sized feather bed, Jacuzzi tub with shower, wood burning fireplace, TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo/CD player, and phone. Rates are for two people including our full gourmet breakfast delivered to the cottage.

Mendocino Suite
Quiet seclusion is found behind the Inn's other two buildings. A large luxurious, private space, appointed with a classically elegant King Size feather sleigh bed and Antique Furniture. Two wood burning fireplaces, one in each of the suite's two rooms. Separate 4x6 tub for two and a private bathroom with stall shower. And so much more... TV/DVD/VCR,CD w/ clock radio, wet bar, with refrigerator. $255

- Check-in: 3 pm, Check-out: 11 am.
- Regrettably, no pets allowed anywhere on the property. You will be asked to leave and your money will not be refunded.
- Unsuitable for children under 12.
- Two nights minimum required on weekends. Three or four night minimum required on major holiday weekends.
- Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. Cleaning and/or damage fees will be assessed if necessary.
- Your reservation is secured when we receive one night's deposit prior to your arrival. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival.
- Cancellation fee on all cancellations is $25. Early departure, or cancellation 7 days or less in advance, will be charged at the full rate for each night we are unable to rebook your room. We are not responsible for inclimate weather and any results of same.
