Breakfast

At the Inn, our guests are greeted in the morning with fresh brewed coffee, fresh juice and fruit, a variety of breads and warm homemade muffins. Our main breakfast dish varies daily and is created to delight your taste buds while at the Inn. Our sunny farmhouse creates a warm and inviting way to start your day. Our guests don't go hungry.

If you are traveling with children or have any special dietary needs, we can accommodate you during breakfast. Please let us know of any special dietary needs when you make your reservation.

If you have a day of activities planned and don't have time for a leisurely breakfast, let us know and we will prepare a "to-go" package of breakfast goodies for you to take on your journey of the Mendocino Coast.

Wine Hour

In the early evening, a wine hour is hosted in the Inn's Farmhouse parlor. This is a relaxing and wonderful chance to mingle with other Inn guests and Inn staff.

Picnics

A romantic or family outing on the coast is complete when you bring along the picnic lunch. The Inn offers several menu choices for picnic lunches and prepares the picnic to your specific requests. Guests can inform our Innkeepers when you arrive or use the form in your room to order your picnic. We just need your order the day before the picnic to prepare your special picnic lunch.

Each Inn at Schoolhouse Creek guest room and cottage is distinctly appointed and offers unique charm. All rooms and cottages have decks, fireplaces, free high speed wireless internet and most have ocean and garden views from private entrances surrounded by beautiful gardens.

All guest quarters have private baths and showers. Many rooms include private hot tubs, Jacuzzi baths or Whirlpool tubs. Rates include a full bountiful buffet breakfast, use of the Inn's ocean view hot tub in the meadow, evening wine and food pairings, and use of Farmhouse parlor with library, videos & games. DVD Players are also available.
