Rosie's Cottage
Rosie’s cottage is located just south of our main property overlooking the Pacific. A standout feature of this cottage with its wood burning fireplace is the broad view of the Pacific Ocean from the living room, front deck and hot tub. With vaulted ceilings and sleek lines this charming cottage has an open yet cozy ambiance. Ideal for two to four occupants: the primary bedroom has a king bed and a separate back deck looking into the woods; the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both share a separate bathroom with plenty of natural light. Because Rosie’s Cottage can be rented as a one or two bedroom suite, it cannot be reserved through our on-line bookings at this time. Ole’s Point is the most spacious and private of our luxury accommodations and can be used as a single guest unit or an entire house. Secluded and intimately nestled on the crest of a hill 1.5 miles south of our main property, this expansive residence offers an unparalleled sweeping panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Ole’s Point Guest Unit is an intimate private luxury accommodation. Located on the south wing of the main house, this guest unit presents a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean from the bedroom and the expansive deck. It has a private hot tub, cozy fireplace, and a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate rain shower. Rate: $330, Exclusively for one or two adults.
 
Ole’s Point House includes the Ole’s Point guest unit and offers luxury accommodations overlooking the Pacific Ocean for several people. This stunning self-catered house presents an ocean view gourmet kitchen, large living and dining rooms, fireplace, hot tub and BBQ on the expansive ocean view deck and one, two or three bedrooms, each with own bath: The first bedroom is Ole’s Point guest unit with an ocean view, king bed and cozy fireplace, hot tub on the deck, and a large Jacuzzi tub and separate rain shower in the bathroom; The second bedroom has an ocean view with queen bed, and a shower in the bathroom; The third bedroom has an ocean view with queen bed, and a full bath. Ole’s Point House is ideal for a small group of friends and family, with a maximum of 6 people. We require a minimum stay of two nights and do not provide daily housekeeping services for the house. 11 am check out time is required for guests at Ole’s Point House.

Enjoy the tranquility of lushly planted surroundings at our Garden Retreat units. Each is located in a unique setting with a variety of comforts and amenities.
 
Llama Barn Suite
The Llama Barn is nestled on a beautiful wooded estate a mile north of our main property. Amenities include a cozy gas fireplace, king bed, and large bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed that can serve as a separate sleeping area along with French Doors that open to a private hot tub with a lovely view of the gardens and adjacent forest. Guests are welcome to visit with the neighborly llamas and meander in the nearby gardens. This is a pet-friendly unit.

Johanna Brock
Located on the ground level of the Mallory House, this luxury suite has a welcoming garden arbor and pots full of colorful plants. The living room has large comfortable furnishings and a cozy fireplace; the bathroom has a separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub; the bedroom has a queen sized poster-bed and opens to the back deck and hot tub with a view of Mallory Cove. Johanna Brock is an ADA accessible guestroom.

Ocean View Deluxe

These deluxe rooms are located on our main property, offering a spectacular view of the ocean. Amenities include a romantic fireplace, large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, and a lovely balcony or deck on which to sit and sip a glass of local wine while you watch for passing whales. These rooms have a choice of one king bed or two queen beds; several downstairs guest rooms are ADA accessible, and some are designated as pet-friendly.

Ocean View Fireplace

Deluxe Ocean View Fireplace Rooms
Our deluxe fireplace rooms are located on the south side of our main property, where they enjoy a fabulous view of the ocean from the room and the deck. Each offers a sense of escape, cozy fireplace and a king bed. The bathroom does not have a tub. Instead, it features a deluxe shower with luxurious sauna-steam effect or stimulating spray, perfect for a relaxing get-away! Some of these rooms are designated as pet-friendly.

Ocean View Fireplace Rooms
Interspersed throughout our hillside property, these cozy rooms are witness to the constantly changing ocean. Each has a fabulous ocean view from the entire room and deck, a romantic fireplace, full bath and a choice of one king or two double beds. Various rooms are on the ground level; some of these rooms are ADA accessible and a few are pet-friendly.

Traditional Ocean View
With stunning views of the Little River Bay and the Pacific Ocean, these rooms are quite possibly the best deal on the North Coast! A large glass door leads to an expansive veranda from where one may experience a colorful sunset or watch for whales. These pleasantly appointed rooms come furnished with either one king or two queen-size beds and a full bath.

Victorian Gables
These charming rooms were the original family bedrooms, located upstairs in the 1853 Victorian house. Furnished with period family heirlooms, these modest rooms offer a timeless ocean view and private bathroom with shower. Two of these rooms have a queen bed; the other has two double beds.

Policies

• A minimum stay of two nights is required on week-ends (over a Saturday night) and a minimum stay of 3 nights is required for Holiday weekends. Some holiday periods or special packages may require a stay of more than one night.
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas
• We require pre-payment in the amount of one night’s stay to confirm all reservations. Special packages may require pre-payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Check in time is 4 pm and Check out time is noon
• Cancellation Policy: With cancellation notice of at least 5 days prior to arrival, we will refund the prepayment less a $15 processing fee. The prepayment is subject to forfeiture if cancellations are made without enough notice, so please let us know of any change in plans as soon as possible
