Melanie's pure and sweet character is evoked by pastel, green and lavender colors with white furniture in this bright room. French doors open to a veranda where you can enjoy the sunset while relaxing in a comfortable chair. It has a full bed in the room and large antique tub with shower in the private bathroom that no one else uses, which is located just across the hall. $149

Scarlett O'Hara, less pure and sweet, thinks she belongs in an ivory tower and has taken the nicest suite for herself. Step into heaven complete with angels. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace in the king bed which has a canopy above the head of the bed. Relax on her veranda in cushioned wicker chairs above the world below. You'll really feel that you're in an ivory tower as you sit in the Jacuzzi tub in the marble bathroom surrounded by faux tower "windows". Separate shower stall in addition to Jacuzzi tub. $239

Belle Watling, much less pure with her own brand of sweetness, has a bordello atmosphere in lush burgundy tones complete with a red crystal chandelier and huge ornate mirror by the king bed. A romantic claw foot tub with shower sits in the room. Step onto her veranda and watch the sun go down behind the foothills while relaxing in the cushioned wicker loveseat. $199

Ashley Wilkes, conservative blue blood, is done in royal subdued tones and has a king bed and large library bathroom with shower stall. Foothill view. $169

Rhett Butler, rakish friend of all the above ladies, has a gold antique tub with shower in the room. It has a massive wooden four-poster queen bed and is decorated in manly burgundy and forest green. Take in the mountain view without lifting your head from the pillow by looking out the nine feet of windows facing east. Look the other direction and view from a faux balcony, an old gas lit city street scene complete with horses and carriages. $159

Mammy is close to hearth and home in her fireplace room off the parlor. A folksy quilt keeps her warm in her king bed. Beneath the quilt peeks a red petticoat reminiscent of Rhett's gift to Mammy. Sliding glass doors of this downstairs room access her very own deck with wicker furniture off the brick courtyard overlooking the pool. 27" TV, VCR and bathroom with shower stall only. No tub. $179

Aunt Pittypat is downstairs across the courtyard and a little removed from the other rooms. This large mauve suite has an over-stuffed leather chair, couch, TV, VCR and a claw foot tub with shower. The bed can be two twins or a king. Be careful what you do with the extra room and privacy; Aunt Pittypat may faint! $219

Stroll through the lawns and acre Grove Park and you will see not only orange trees but plum, apricot, cherry, avocado, fig, banana and olive trees, as well as grapevines and an herb garden. Just for your sensual delight recline in an Adirondack chair under a weeping willow or laze on a lounger amoungst the many palm trees.

There is a Television and VCR in the Parlor, along with over 200 movies for your viewing pleasure. The swimming pool, which is seasonal, plus the Jacuzzi Hot Tub always heated and located out in the Grove Park for privacy, are open 24 hours. A computer is available with FREE HIGH SPEED Internet access 24 hours a day in a Common Area to check E-mail or to surf the internet. Or, just bring your own laptop and use our Wireless Internet access (WI-FI) service in your room or anywhere on the property. Also available in the same common area is a refrigerator and a microwave.

• Your reservation can be guaranteed with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express, or a personal check in the full amount received within seven days after making the reservation.
• If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be no charge only if the reservation is cancelled more than seven days before the scheduled arrival date (14 days for holiday weekends).
• Credit card will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival for the full amount due, which is non-refundable.
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date.
• A cancellation inside of the 7 day period will not be accepted due to weather conditions, such as snow in the Park, to hot, to cold or to rainy.
