The Cottage

Our most private accommodation, with our best ocean views, the Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The bathroom features a double jetted tub from which guests can see the ocean and a separate steam shower. The sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with breakfast bar, kitchenette, and 32" flat screen TV. The bedroom has a king bed. The private patio overlooks our pool and has expansive ocean and Catalina sunset views. This is a 600-square foot free-standing building. $400 - $650

Newport & Balboa Suites

These 350-square foot ocean view junior suites offer a king bed. Enjoy the ambiance fireplace or a DVD from the double whirlpool tub. Features include a step-out balcony with ocean view, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. $280 - $400

Ocean View Room

Our Ocean View Rooms feature queen or king bed based on availability, and bathrooms with showers (no tub). These rooms sit at the top of our property and have spectacular ocean and Catalina sunset views from the shared balcony and settees just outside each room. $180 - $290

Deluxe Ocean View

Our Deluxe Ocean View Rooms feature spacious bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, and queen or king bed - based on availability. These rooms sit at the highest elevation of the property and have spectacular ocean and Catalina sunset views from the shared balcony and comfy settees just outside each room. $210 - $320

Laguna Suite

This ocean view suite features a large, luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower. An inviting double-sided fireplace is visible from the bedroom, the whirlpool tub, and the living room. Also features a king bed, flat screen TV in bedroom, wet bar, and ocean view balcony. This is a 500-square foot suite. $320 - $490

Capistrano Suite

This one bedroom suite overlooks our beautiful Palm Court and offers a splendid view of the grounds, pool deck, and bell tower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV. Ambiance fireplace, balcony, bathroom with shower, and separate spa tub room are also featured. This is a 500-square feet suite. $250 - $350

Mission Suite

The original Master Suite of the Mission House offers the true B&B experience. This suite is adjacent to our lobby, front desk, and kitchen. It features a spacious living room with fireplace and hardwood floors. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat screen TV. There is a double whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Also has cozy, secluded garden patio. $250 - $350

Courtyard Rooms

These cozy, secluded rooms offer our best value. They open onto the lovely Grand Courtyard with its colorful flowers, fountain, and wrought iron furniture. These rooms have showers (no tub) and king or queen bed (based on availability). $140 - $250

Deluxe Courtyard

These courtyard view rooms feature ambiance fireplaces and double whirlpool tubs, queen, king or two extra long twin beds. $169 - $299

Deluxe Room with Ocean View Patio

These deluxe rooms feature ambiance fireplaces and double whirlpool tubs, a queen sized bed, and a spacious patio with seating, and a view of the ocean. $250 - $350

Policies

• Please note that rates and availability are subject to change.
• All rates are per night, double occupancy and are not guaranteed until the time of reservation.
• Rates vary by season and day. Mid-week rates are available. A daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened or extended, the average daily rate may change.
• Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements.
• Cash and major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) accepted.
• Our historic property is not suitable for guests under 16 years of age.
• Clean, healthy and well-behaved pets are welcome. Pet fee: $25 per night (click here for pet terms and conditions). Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time.
• Office Hours: 8:00 am-10:00 pm
• Check-in time is after 3 p.m. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged on the date of arrival or departure depending on availability.
• A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends and holidays, as well as the seasonal-peak period from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Some holidays may require a three-night minimum stay.
• We accept most major credit cards.
• A minimum one-night credit card deposit is required when making a reservation. As is the standard of the industry, when you give us a credit card number, it means that you understand it will be used to charge the room deposit, room rent and incidentals, and any damages that might occur during your stay. If your card is being used to secure a room for a friend or relative, make sure they know your card will be charged for any damage or incidentals.
• As we are a small inn, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call more than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. When you make your cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival, we will refund your deposit, minus a $25.00 service charge per room. Guests who cancel within 5 days of their expected arrival are responsible for the full value of the reservation. This amount will be charged to the credit card number you gave us when you made the reservation. It is important to note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation.
• We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for spa services. If you do not cancel 24 hours or more prior to your spa appointment you will be held responsible for the total fees associated with this service.
• If you believe there is any possibility that you might need to cancel for any reason, we recommend that you consider travel insurance.
• Reservations are non-transferable and the proprietors/innkeepers reserve the right to refuse reservations or service.
• Rates are subject to a lodging tax of 12%.
• All rooms and suites are appropriate for two adult guests only. Our inn is promoted as a romantic getaway destination, and is not appropriate for children.
• The inn is strictly a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00, which will be charged to your credit card unless other arrangements are made. Smokers who render a room unacceptable for incoming guests must compensate the inn for lost revenue.
• Our property and its amenities, including swimming pool, spa services, complimentary full gourmet breakfast, and evening wine and cheese service, are for the use of our registered guests only.
