Courtyard Rooms
We offer two rooms in this category, one with a King bed and one with a Queen. These are our recently renovated, quaint and cozy "artist rooms," which offer our best value. They are similar to the nearby Deluxe Courtyard rooms, but have a glass enclosed shower and no tub. They open onto the Grand Courtyard, with its many flowers and trees, and tiled terraces with comfy seating areas. Both rooms feature flat panel HDTV, ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, & a small refrigerator. Each measures approximately 200 sq. ft.

Deluxe Courtyard Rooms
Similar to the standard Courtyard “artist rooms,” our two Deluxe Courtyard rooms both feature a jetted double spa tub built for two, with a soothing rain-head shower. These rooms are approximately 200 sq. ft. in size, with a flat-panel HD television, electric ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, & a small refrigerator. They open onto arch-lined tiled walkways, and the fountain level of our Grand Courtyard, built in 1946.

Ocean View Rooms
Located at the very top of our property, our four Ocean View Rooms are at the south end of a long walkway with cushy "courting benches" outside each door. These rooms offer expansive Pacific and Catalina sunset views from the bed or outside bench. Two of the rooms have king beds and two have queens. All four have bathrooms with bright, newly renovated glass-enclosed showers. (Deluxe Rooms have tubs.) Approximately 200 sq. ft. in size, each room has a flat-panel HD television with DVD player, an electric ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and a cozy reader's nook with window seat.

Deluxe Room w/ View Patio
Our four patio rooms line the north side of the terraced Grand Courtyard. Called Deluxe Rooms with View Patio, each features a jetted double spa tub built for two. And, each room has a spacious dedicated patio with ocean view seating, accessible through a sliding glass door. (Views are from the outside patio only.) Three of our patio rooms have queen beds and one has a king. Measuring approximately 225 sq. ft. in size, these rooms also feature electric ambiance fireplaces, a flat panel HD television, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator.

Deluxe Ocean View Room
Sitting at the highest point on our property, these four Deluxe Ocean View Rooms are at the south end of an upper-level walkway, and each features a cushy, ocean-view "courting bench" outside the door. Like all deluxe rooms, these have spacious bathrooms with jetted double spa tubs built for two, an electric ambiance fireplace, flat-panel HD television with DVD player, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator. Three of the rooms have queen beds and one has a king. Spectacular, expansive Pacific and Catalina sunset views can be seen from the bed or the shared balcony. All ocean view rooms are approximately 200 sq. ft. in size.

Mission Suite
The original, spacious 450 sq. ft. Master Suite of the Mission House offers a true B&B experience. This suite is conveniently adjacent to our lobby, front desk, and kitchen, and is one of our most roomy and popular accommodations. However, it may not be appropriate for those who are particularly sensitive to ambient noise. The spacious living room has hardwood floors, a gas-burning fireplace, a breakfast nook, 32” flat-panel HD television with DVD player, air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-panel HD television. The large, bright and airy bathroom features a jetted double spa tub for two. And, just outside the door, at the end of the private walkway, there is also a private and secluded garden patio table.

Newport Suite & Balboa Suite
For those who need just a bit more space, these 350 sq. ft. junior suites offer a king size bed, a sitting area with full-sized sofa, an electric ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, a small refrigerator & coffee maker, and jetted double spa tubs built for two. The flat-panel HD television can be viewed from the bed, sitting area, or tub. Our junior suites sit at the front of our property, and are among our most popular accommodations. However, they may not be appropriate for sensitive individuals who are overly concerned about ambient noise. These suites open onto the fountain level of our Grand Courtyard, and have ocean views from a small Juliet-style balcony.

Capistrano Suite
Our popular Capistrano suite has a balcony that overlooks the beautiful Palm Court and offers a splendid view of the grounds, pool deck, and bell tower. The large bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32” flat-panel HD television. The living room has a smaller flat-panel HDTV with DVD player, a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. This 500 sq. ft. suite also features an electric ambiance fireplace, air conditioning, balcony seating, a bathroom with shower, and a separate spa room with a jetted double spa tub built for two.

Laguna Suite
Located at the front of our property, the Laguna Suite features a large, luxurious bathroom with both a shower and a jetted double spa tub built for two with louvered shutters that open to the bedroom. An inviting double-sided gas fireplace is visible from the bedroom and the spa tub, as well as the living room. For obvious reasons, this is one of our most popular suites, but, due to its location at the front of the property, it may not be suitable for those who are hypersensitive to ambient noise. This 500-square foot suite also features a king bed, air conditioning, flat-panel HD television in both the bedroom and living room, a wet bar with refrigerator & coffee maker, and an ocean view Juliet-style balcony.

The Cottage
Our most private accommodation, the Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury, along with magnificant Pacific and Catalina sunset views. The bathroom features a clawfoot jetted double spa tub built for two — from which guests can see the ocean — and a separate double occupancy steam shower with duel rain-heads. A cozy library-style sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with a breakfast bar and 32” flat panel HD television and DVD player; and a small kitchenette that includes a refrigerator & coffee maker. The bedroom has a king bed and flat-panel HDTV. The wide private patio overlooks our pool and has expansive ocean views. This is a 600-square foot free-standing building with a private entrance.

Policies
- All rooms are designed to accommodate one or two adult guests only.
- The inn is not considered appropriate for children under age 16. There are no facilities or amenities for children, infants, groups, or events.
- Our rooms, grounds, pool, food, and all services are for the enjoyment and use of registered guests only.
- No parties or gatherings are allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property--violators may incur a $250 cleaning fee.

- A staff member is on property and available 24 hours a day.
- Reservations must be secured by advance payment of at least one night’s room rate and tax. Rates and availability are subject to change. All rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Rates are not guaranteed until reservation is complete. The daily rate quoted is an average daily rate for the dates chosen. If a reservation is changed, shortened, or extended, the average daily rate may change. Weekends and holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements. Maximum length of stay is fourteen days—no exceptions. Cash and major credit cards (Am Ex., Visa, MC, & Discover) accepted. Personal checks are not accepted for room rental or for any other services.
- Cancellations
- Read carefully - cancellation policies are strictly enforced. It is impossible to verify “hardship” cancellations. Therefore, all cancellations are treated the same, regardless of the reason given. If guests are concerned about the possibility of incurring processing or cancellation fees, they are strongly suggested to purchase travel insurance.
- Advanced payments, less a $25 Processing Fee, are refundable if the reservation is cancelled or changed more than five days prior to arrival. If the reservation is changed or cancelled within five days of arrival, the advanced deposit becomes non-refundable, and you will be charged for the total cost of the entire scheduled stay. Advanced payments are applied to the last night of the scheduled stay. Again, if a guest has any concerns about the strict cancellation policy or the possibility of incurring processing or cancellation fees due to unforeseen circumstances, they are strongly suggested to purchase travel insurance.
- When more than five nights are reserved, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. This advanced payment, less a $50 Processing Fee, is refundable if the reservation is changed or cancelled more than thirty days prior to arrival. If the reservations is changed or cancelled within thirty days of arrival, the full advanced payment becomes non-refundable.
- When three or more rooms are reserved, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation. This advanced payment, less a $50 per room Processing Fee, is refundable if any or all reservations are changed or cancelled more than thirty days prior to arrival. If any or all reservations are changed or cancelled within thirty days of arrival, the full advanced payment becomes non-refundable.

Pets Welcome
Casa Laguna Inn & Spa welcomes well behaved and healthy dogs traveling with their people. A pet welcome kit with local pet information, a water bowl, treats, and more will be waiting upon arrival. Casa Laguna charges a pet fee of $25 per night, per dog, plus 12% city tax. Ten dollars from the proceeds of your stay will donated to Guide Dogs of America.
Our rules are similar to other Pet Friendly Laguna Beach hotels. Casa Laguna Inn enforces a two-dog maximum per room and 40 lb. limit per dog. Dogs must be on leash when outside room and muts be under the guest's control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time - no exceptions. Many rooms have been damaged over the years by dogs whose owners were absolutely positive their dog would never do such a thing. To help soften the inconvenience of this rule, the inn can recommend pet-friendly restaurants, dog parks, and/or pet sitters. Regulations regarding dogs on the beach change with the seasons; the inn is always happy to advise guests of the current rules.
Guests are requested to indicate the number, type, and names of their dogs when making reservations. The inn reserves the right to refuse certain breeds and to evict obviously dangerous or trouble-making animals and their owners. Guests will be held financially responsible for damage caused by their pets and there is a $250 charge if the inn discovers that a dog has been left alone in the room.
While Casa Laguna loves their many visiting and returning canine friends, they recommend that travelers carefully weigh whether the inconveniences of traveling with pets are worth the companionship and pleasure of having them accompany you.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to the following restrictions (no exceptions): Non-refundable pet fee of $25 per night, per dog and a two-dog maximum with a 40 lb. limit. Pets may not be left unattended in the room at any time. Staff is always happy to recommend pet-friendly restaurants and/or pet sitters. Pets must be on leash and under guests control when outside of the room. Pets must not be allowed to relieve themselves on property other than in the designated pet area. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets in the designated pet area and respect neighbors’ property. Casa Laguna reserves the right to refuse certain breeds and to evict dangerous or severely annoying dogs and their owners. Violation of pet policies may result in a $250 cleaning or service fee.
