Dining

Dinner is served on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Attire:  Business casual.  Jackets nor ties required.  Baseball caps, sleeveless knit shirts without collars and baggy shorts are inappropriate.

"Approaching the steps of the lodge from the walkway outside, I could hear the sound of a piano. I entered the lodge and immediately noticed the fire from the fireplace and the colorful and familiar way with which I was greeted by hosts Pat and Darrell who later escorted me to my table. From where I sat, there was a full view of the night sky. While the piano continued from the other side of the lodge, I sat peacefully with the music and warmly lit candles. A friendly face appeared to share with me the evening's menu. Slowly, from one course to another, I enjoyed a multitude of flavor, and the wholesome quality of the person tending to me made everything complete.

Gift Shop

To complete your Orchard Hill experience, we encourage you to visit our gift shop, Twigs.  You will find many items that you have discovered during your stay with us.  Some of these mementos include our mugs and wonderful robes as well as the tasty preserves and scone mix you enjoyed during breakfast.   And, of course, we have the incredible pepper mill you witnessed in action while having dinner.

Twigs is also where you can find that perfect gift to take home to your kids, grandchildren, baby-sitter or the neighbor who is watching your dog. With advance notice, we can also put together a special gift that can be placed in your room to enhance your special occasion.

Twigs is open daily after breakfast or upon special request.

Orchard Hill's four acres of lush grounds, 12 spacious cottage rooms, 10 lodge rooms, Meeting Room, and other facilities can be reserved in whole for an exclusive meeting site or in whatever configuration is required to meet your needs.
