The Pink Garden Room
The Pink Garden Room has a view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge.
The seating area within the generously sized room has a large sofa and chairs with its own library of books, surrounded by antique furnishings. This room has great serenity and beauty. Many quests comment on how comfortable the bed is in this room!
The Yellow Sunflower Room
The Yellow Sunflower Room has a view of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge and looks out to numerous trees to one side.
The room has a joyfulness and crispness with its antique pine furniture and yellow and white theme.
While writing a book in this room, a professor and his wife renamed it fondly as "their tree house."
The Apple Green Room
The Apple Green Room has dark antique furniture and crisp white curtains with a handsome sitting area. The room receives the warm and inviting morning sun. The extraordinary large bathroom is an amazing part of this beautiful room.
Room Rates & Reservation Information:
- $150 per night, single or double occupancy
- 2 day minimum on weekends
- Apartment for rent month or weekly
- Check-in: Please arrange with host
- A deposit of one night's lodging guarantees your reservation.
- There is a surcharge of $25 for one night stay (only available during the week).
- Cancellation - Seven day notice required and deposit will be refunded minus a $15 cancellation fee.

Apartment
Large, beautiful and bright apartment (1,800 sq. ft.) is available for weekly and monthly rental. Sleeps total of 4. This fully furnished apartment is very private and in a lovely neighborhood. It is close to restaurants, shops, UC Berkeley Campus, BART, and the bus lines. Easy access to San Francisco and the Wine Country. (Please see 4 pictures below).
You'll find a spacious living room; romantic bedroom, family room with fold out double bed; large desk access by 3 sets of French doors; well equipped kitchen; walk-in shower; phone; cable TV is available in the TV room in the b&b as well as in the apartment, and easy on-street parking with no restrictions. Rate: $1250 weekly rate, $3500 monthly rate
