Garden Cottage Bed & Breakfast

Las Flores, a private two room suite, is located on the second floor in the main house, a two story Victorian.

You will enjoy two spacious light-filled rooms, a living/dining room, a master bedroom with French doors opening onto a private sundeck. There is also a private bathroom with claw-foot tub and shower. For your convenience, we provide a small refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave, dishes and utensils.

Other amenities include complimentary high speed internet access, TV/VCR, as well as a private phone and answering machine. During your stay, we invite you to enjoy a stroll in the garden.

  • $115 per night, single
  • 135 per night, double

• Additional guests negotiable. Arrangements to be made in advance.
• 2 night minimum. 3 night minimum for holiday weekends.
• A deposit is due within one week of booking. Balance payment is required upon check-in.
• On receipt of your deposit we will confirm your reservation.
• Three weeks notice of cancellation is required or possible forfeit of the deposit.
• For cancellations, a fee of $25 will be charged.
• Early departure will not be refunded.
• Guests will be charged for damages and a minimum of $25 for excessive cleaning.
• Our accommodation is not suitable for small children under 10 years old.
• No pets are allowed.
