Fairview Manor B&B is a small Bed & Breakfast inn, surrounded by redwoods, located in the Santa Cruz mountains. Fairview Manor B&B features full American-style breakfast, year round. B&b rates include afternoon tea or wine sipping year round, as well as "bnb."

Fairview Manor is surrounded by towering redwood trees. Original redwood panels define much of the interior. You’ll find interesting small wineries, a historic railroad, and Santa Cruz beaches just down the road.

We serve a full, delicious breakfast, afternoon wine or tea, and offer great room values from $159 per room night, peak. Call for off peak savings, or special event quotes

Each room is decorated with antiques and collectibles, and carefully prepared with crisp linens, fluffy comforters and towels. Four rooms have original redwood paneling on high ceilings and walls.

A spacious common area features a river rock fireplace and firewood, original redwood panel walls, and woodland views. The setting is perfect for a complimentary glass of wine or tea, served each afternoon, year-round.

For many years we have enjoyed our frequent visits ... It is a delightful old home in a beautiful setting. We always enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the rugged San Lorenzo River. For dinner there are many fine restaurants in the area, or sometimes we take the short drive to Santa Cruz for seafood. The rooms are very lovely and very comfortable.

Each morning we were served an elegant breakfast by our hosts, Gael and Jack. It is a perfect place for family gatherings or quiet business meetings.
