Calaveras

This is one of our larger rooms with a king bed, private bath with an oversized shower, gas log fireplace, flat screen satellite television, a view of the meadow, and French doors to an outside patio and outdoor Spa.

Policies

$265- Weekends (Friday and Saturday) and holidays
$218 - Midweek (Sunday through Thursday)
Standard rates are based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes.
Two night minimums may be required during high season and/or during holidays.
Deposits: To guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation: We require a seven day notice for cancellation. If the cancellation is made with less than seven days notice, then the full room rate for all nights booked will be charged unless the room is rebooked. Prior to seven days notice, cancellations will be accepted with a $50.00 processing fee. Departures before the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation, and monies will not be refundable.
Rates are for occupation by one or two persons, and are subject to room tax. There is a $35.00 charge for an additional guest per room.
Check-in Time: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, or through prearrangement
Check-out Time: 11:00 am, or through prearrangement
The Black Bear Inn is an intimate, romantic and private haven, and is not recommended for children.
The Black Bear Inn is a completely non-smoking facility. A $250.00 cleaning charge will be added to the bill of anyone found to be violating the smoking prohibition.
We request no pets, please.
