The Garden Suite, Rose Suite, Sterling Suite and Sunrise Suite are all two-story suites. Each suite offers a private entry with covered porch, vaulted ceiling and open wood beams. The Master bedrooms are an open loft design and decorated with quality linens and country quilts.
These four Suites also include a downstairs private living room, cable TV / DVD, bathroom and kitchenette. Rates on the Suites are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional guests: 2-14 yrs $10 / 15+ years $20 a night. Children 2 + years old are welcome guests · No pets allowed · No Indoor smoking

Cabin House

The Pine Suite and Oak Suite are both one half of the Cabin House. They are both single story, studio style suites with private entries. An inside adjoining door connects both suites together to make the Cabin House the ideal vacation rental for families and friends traveling together.

Rent the Pine Suite & the Oak Suite to create the Cabin House which includes:

• 2 separate living quarters with:
• Three Queen beds with country quilts & plush bedding
• 1 regular couch, 1 full size futon couch
• 2 TVs with cable and DVD
• 2 large private bathrooms (one regular tub & one stall shower)
• 2 Kitchenettes complete with refrigerators (one personal, one full size), microwave oven, kitchen sink, coffee maker, dishes & kitchen supplies
• 2 Private dining tables
• Cabin House only, parking, wrap-around deck, lawn, picnic table and Weber BBQ
• Both suites have separate cooling & heating

Pine Suite

Oak Suite

1 Queen bed, Full-size Futon couch, 600 square feet, Bathroom with regular bathtub & stocked with bathroom amenities, Spacious kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink & stocked with kitchen amenities, Private heating & cooling, Sliding glass door off of the dining area with outdoor deck, table and Weber BBQ, Large Oaks & poplar trees surround the outside.

Guest Policies

• Rates on the Suites are based on 2 person occupancy.
• 11% Bed Tax is not included.
• Payment in full is due at check-in.
• Season (April 1- December 31). Two night stay required on weekends and holidays.
• Off-Season (January 1 - March 31). Two night stay required.
• Check-In: Guests are welcome to self check-in to their reserved suite anytime after 4 pm. A secure lock box is located next to each private entry. Guests will receive a secure access code in their reservation confirmation. If guest requires innkeeper assistance at check-in, innkeepers are available from 4 pm - Dusk. No early check-ins PLEASE.
• Check-Out: 11 AM
• The Sierra Mountain Lodge is family owned and operated. Your innkeepers are John and Brenda Eppler and Ken Russell.
• Innkeeper's Hours: 8 AM to 2 PM AND 4 PM to 8 PM. Innkeepers are unavailable between 2 and 4 p.m.
• All rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse service!
• A hot continental breakfast is served each morning in the lobby.
• Automatic daily maid service is not included.
• Full daily maid service is available at an additional $20 per night and must be requested at the time the reservation is made so it can be scheduled.
• We are unable to provide for pets and have a strict non-smoking indoor policy. An outdoor smoking area is provided for our guests who smoke. ANY guest who smokes or allows pets indoors will be charged a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
• Your reservation can be guaranteed with Visa or MasterCard.
• Personal check in the full amount can be used to secure your reservation but must be received within seven days after making the reservation.
• Cancellation Policy
  • If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, there will be a $25 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival time, the innkeepers will diligently try to re-rent out the suite.
  • If we are successful in re-renting out the suite for the original booking dates, the canceling guest will only be charged one night's base rent as a cancellation charge.
  • If the innkeepers are unable to re-rent out the cancelled suite, the canceling guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date. A gift certificate to the Sierra Mountain Lodge will be sent to the canceling guests for the amount charged minus the first night's rent and a $25 per additional night cancellation fee.
