    My beautiful  Bone structure expands over a relaxing and inviting corner lot. You will find staying here is the perfect vacation spot.

    My front porch has alluring rockers inviting you to sit and chat a bit. Pick and grin, Sing a song or dance along.

    As my guest , you will enjoy a family style breakfast each morning at 8:30am, A bell will ring to be seated. Bountiful Breakfast placed on  lazy susans, atop huge oak tables, served in elegant rose print dishes.

    After breakfast take a stroll through my backyard gate, view all my bling. A massive pecan tree, with a tire swing. From stone water features to small croaking creatures. Squirrells running to and fro. If you are on the go and my charm catches your eye, you walk right up and come on inside. Daytime I am a beautiful sight. My lights shine like diamonds at night.

  • About the Inn

    The Inn at Mountain View Bed & Breakfast, front view

    The Inn is waiting to greet you with the same friendly hospitality that guests have been experiencing here for over a century.

    Since 1886, when John Webb, a Civil War veteran, successful merchant, and Mountain View's first postmaster, opened his home, known then as {The Dew Drop Inn}, to traveling salesmen, circuit riders, preachers and other weary travelers.

    Even through several transitions from inn to boarding house back to inn, the house has maintained a reputation for hospitality.

    In 1977 this beautiful beauty became full-fledged Bed and Breakfast.

    Now known as {The Inn at Mountain View}

    Today, Kevin and Melissa Mitchell, own and run The Inn at Mountain View.

    This Historic  Bed and Breakfast offers its own unique blend of warmth and comfort.
