Romance and relaxation are a guarantee while soaking in the pillared jet tub for two located in the bedroom which was the library when the Williams Family lived in the house. The sitting room, originally the music parlor for the Williams Family, located in the turret, has an elaborate mantel and electric fireplace. A twelve-foot mirror sent from St. Louis on one of the first Ford flatbed trucks also adorns the Parlor Suite. Carriage Suite
Enter the atmosphere of an 1889 carriage house in this large two-bedroom suite located on the second floor of our Carriage House in our downtown bed and breakfast located in Hot Springs. The suite was originally the hay loft for the Williams Family’s stables and in the 1950's through 1980's was an apartment for a cousin. The large sitting room is designed with comfortable furniture so that you can put your feet up and relax, the same way a groom may have in this same building over 100 years ago. Loveseat sofa and two armchairs adorn the sitting room and all envelopes the warmth of the fireplace and the era. The king bed boudoir is inviting and may tempt you to sleep in, day after day. A queen sleigh bed entices you to relax in the second bedroom. The large bathroom, with original brick floor from when this section was a kitchen, has an generous jetted tub for two and a separate shower. East Chamber
The weight of the king bed headboard adds a richness to the crown molding and detailed woodwork of this chamber and lets your mind wander to the craftsman of 1890. Located on the second floor of the Main House, and originally the Nursery for the Williams Family, this cozy sun lit bedroom has three large windows, two of which overlook the lush east gardens and the city skyline. The king bed beckons you to relax and enjoy comfortable elegance while the double person jetted tub is located in the in-chamber private bathroom under the arch of the attic staircase. The West Chamber was the master bedroom for Dr. and Mrs. Williams between 1890 and 1923 and is located on the second floor of the Main House. We provide complimentary up-scale soap, shampoo, and bath gel for all our bed and breakfast Arkansas guests. The antique queen bed frame draws your attention upon entering the Chamber. Tall windows in the rounded wall and electric log fireplace evoke the warmth of the Inn. This cozy west facing second floor bedroom located in the Main House has a queen four-poster bed beckons you for romance and relaxation. The adjoining enclosed porch is infused with light and has comfortable relaxing chairs in which to slow down and enjoy your stay. Five steps down to the private bathroom you will discover a jetted tub for two and the water closet. Turret Suite
Light and airy second floor Suite with tall windows overlooking the front gardens of the house beckons you to curl up and read a great novel or watch a movie. The Turret Suite is located in the turret of the main building and was originally the very large dressing chamber for Mrs. Williams. The queen bed embraces you as you enter; the electric fireplace, double person jetted tub and sitting area entice you to relax and rejuvenate. Wonder at the hundreds of nails that adorn the original wood floor. The bathroom sink, marble and hand-painted, is original to the house from when plumbing was first installed in 1926. Copper Cottage
The first floor of the Carriage House beckons you to enjoy this suite at 1890 Williams House Inn. Enter into a modern sitting area with small kitchenette where the original 1889 wood floor awaits your feet to feel the past. Up a few inches is the bedroom, with its four poster king bed and original brick wall, where you can only imagine the beautiful carriages that were housed in the Copper Cottage. The elegant bathroom hosts a corner double person jetted tub and glass block shower. This suite is handicap accessible with an open floor plan that will allow all guests to sit back and relax in this modern Cottage Chamber at our bed and breakfast Arkansas. Policies
All of our rooms come with a wide selection of amenities and luxuries to make you feel welcome, relaxed and taken care of. If you’re staying in Hot Springs on your Arkansas getaway weekend, we have the accommodations for you. Enjoy a delicious full breakfast in the formal dining room of our Hot Springs Inn, served 8:30 to 9:30 am Saturday and Sunday mornings and 8:30 to 9:00 am Monday through Friday mornings. Private breakfast is served in the Parlor Suite, Williams Suite and Turret Suite each morning.
Business Rate
The Inn welcomes business travelers with flexible check-in hours, breakfast hours and cancellation policy. Business rates are based one one guest per guest room. If you wish to bring a traveling companion with you, then regular room rates apply. Please give us a call to book your stay with us or you may book through the availability calendar. We are located just blocks from historic downtown and City buildings. Business rates are available Sunday – Thursday excluding all holidays.

We want to make sure that your reservation needs are met, please call for reservations and inquiries between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:30 pm.
Hot Springs Inn Minimum stay requirements:- Non-holiday weekends: Two-night minimum, we may accept a one-night stay based on availability.
- Holiday (Sunday through Thursday): Two-night minimum.
- Holiday weekends: Two-night minimum.
- Non-holiday (Sunday through Thursday): No minimum.
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card or debit card upon booking. All reservations must be secured with a credit card, even reservations utilizing a gift certificate for payment or total prepayment.
All reservations are charged to the credit card on file at the cancellation date (10 days prior to arrival).
1890 Williams House Bed and Breakfast Arkansas – Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received a minimum of ten (10) days in advance of arrival date.
If required cancellation notice is not met, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless the guestroom can be re-rented; rescheduling, early departures and no-shows are the same as a cancellation. This policy applies to reservations made with a gift certificate as well.
Weather Policy: If the roads into Hot Springs and/or the airport in Little Rock is closed, refunds will be made, less the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The Inn can not be responsible for weather conditions at point of guests departure and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
1890 Williams House Bed and Breakfast Arkansas – Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In is from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm at our Arkansas bed and breakfast. No early check-in available. If you will be arriving after 6:00 pm, please notify us of your approximate arrival time, on the day of arrival, so that arrangements can be made for a self check-in.
1890 Williams House Inn Bed and Breakfast Arkansas – Pet Policy:
One well behaved family dog is allowed in the Copper Cottage, located on the first floor of the Carriage House. Dogs must meet certain weight, size and breed criteria, and prior arrangement with the innkeeper is required. A pet waiver is to be signed at the time of check-in. Pets are allowed in the cottage and exterior grounds only, not in any interior commons areas of the Inn. Pets are not to be left unattended in the cottage and housekeeping services for the cottage with pet require the pet owner to be present or the pet must be crated. Pets must be leashed, or in pet carrier, while on the grounds and pet parents are responsible for pet waste clean-up throughout the property grounds.
Pets, like additional guests in other guest rooms, require additional housekeeping so there is a $25 per day fee, one pet family member per room and includes bed and pet pack. Charges for additional cleaning will be assessed whenever the pet creates the need for extraordinary cleaning. Pet parents are responsible for any damage to furniture, furnishings and garden plantings. If there is damage, you will be notified immediately upon our discovery. Of course, we prefer that pet parents make us aware of any damage. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed and the credit card on file charged.
The Inn accepts service animals, with the appropriate documentation, in the Copper Cottage.
Additional Policies:
1890 Williams House Inn is a smoke-free indoors bed and breakfast inn. Smoking is permitted outside on the property, verandas, gardens and other outside areas. A $100 .00 – $250.00 disinfectant and airing charge will be assessed to the credit/debit card on file for anyone who smokes inside the Inn; includes the Main House and the Carriage House.
