About The Owners
Danny was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Tampa, Fl. After 5 years in the U S Army, he and his family moved to Minnesota where he lived for 25 years, raising his 4 children. Danny's life has been dedicated to the steps to spiritual growth, emotional freedom technique Gary Craig and shares free energy healing. He has been a Rosicrusian active member for over 30 yrs. He enjoys meeting people of similar intrest and sharing his enchanted learnings and extensive library.

Janine was born and raised in Central Wisconsin. She worked in the agricultural business for 28 years, living and working throughout the Central U.S. During her years as a business consultant, she traveled a lot, and some of the artwork throughout the house was collected during her travels.
Danny and Janine were married in Minneapolis, MN in 2002. In May, 2004, they bought Prospect Place Bed & Breakfast and have enjoyed welcoming guests into their home and to Hot Springs ever since.

Our home is uniquely set at the foot of West Mountain in Hot Springs, Arkansas. ...the most peaceful and relaxing setting for a romantic get-away or retreat in the area! Located in the heart of the Quapaw/Prospect Historic District, we are located only four blocks from Historic Bathhouse Row. Make your home away from home Prospect Place in Hot Springs Ar. at 472 Prospect Ave.
Your Prospect Place Bed & Breakfast experience starts when you enter the gracious foyer. It is highlighted by a lovely chandelier, baby grand piano and sweeping staircase. The library which adjoins the foyer, is a comfortable setting for reading and visiting. It is stocked with books of all genres, from mysteries to the mystical.

Each of our four guest rooms has its own unique classical style. Located on the second floor, none of the rooms share a common wall, affording
guests a quiet and private setting.
You can enjoy your coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks
or adult beverages (BYO) on the wrap-around front porch. To make you feel at home, we always have some fresh-baked goods and snacks available.
For our business travelers...or those who just want to stay "wired," we have secure, high-speed, wireless Internet Service. You'll be able to keep "in touch" from the comfort of your room, or the front porch, or even the back patio!
What's for breakfast?
Our guests enjoy a Full "American" breakfast in the elegant dining room at 9 a.m. each morning of their stay. Breakfast includes two meats, potatoes, eggs "the way you like them", along with a daily special treat. With notice, we can usually accommodate any special dietary requests.

Directions from Little Rock: Take I-30 West past Benton to exit 111 which is Hwy 70 West. Stay on 70 all the way into town. It will become Business Hwy 70. Do not take the 270/70 exit. Take Business Hwy 70 to Hwy 7(Central Ave.) At Central Ave. take a right, go one block and than take a left on Orange St. There are two churches at this intersection and it's just past the "Duck boats" office. Orange St. ends at Prospect Ave. Take a left onto Prospect, and go one block to Hawthorne. This is 3 houses past our house. Take a right on this very narrow street, go up the hill to the Dead End sign and take a right. Follow that road around to the back of our home.
Directions from Texarkana: Follow I-30 east to Hwy 270 west near Malvern. Follow 270 to Hwy 270B (Malvern Ave.) into Hot Springs. ** At Hwy 70B (Grand Ave.), take a left onto Hwy 70B. Stay on 70B all the way into town to Hwy 7 (Central Ave.) At Central Ave. take a right, go ONE block and take a left. (This is Orange St. but the sign is often missing; there are two churches at this intersection and it's just past the "Duck boats" office.) Orange ends at Prospect Ave. Take a left onto Prospect, and go ONE short block to Hawthorne. (This is 3 houses past our house.) Take a right on this very narrow street, go up the hill to the Dead End sign and take a right. Follow that road around to the back of our home.
**Note: If you miss Hwy 270B exit off of Hwy 270, then take the Hwy 7 north exit. You will go about 3.5 miles to the Hwy 70B (Grand Ave.) intersection. Go 1 more block, take a left and follow the directions as above.
Directions from Fort Smith: Take Hwy 71 south to Hwy 270 east into Hot Springs. Follow the signs to 270B (Albert Pike Rd.) and follow to Hwy. 7 (Central Ave.). At Central Ave. take a left, go ONE block and take another left. (This is Orange St. but the sign is often missing; there are two churches at this intersection and it's just past the "Duck boats" office.) Orange ends at Prospect Ave. Take a left onto Prospect, and go ONE short block to Hawthorne. (This is 3 houses past our house.) All roads used to lead to Rome. Now they lead to Prospect Place Bed and Breakfast at 472 Prospect Ave. in Hot Springs Ar.
