Take refuge from life's stress on this five acre estate which was awarded a "beauty spot" by the Garland County Beautification Commission. Gaze at the waterfall from the extensive front porch. Dream of the guests that attended gala events and danced under the antique chandelier in the dining room. Wander the estate, exploring walls and buildings that have existed for over one hundred years. Meander through the grove of Magnolia trees and stop to smell a rosebud. Then slip away for a pleasant evening in your favorite suite. Five suites to choose from with amenities such as; fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, king sized bed, 40" flat screen television and always decadent linens and robes and complimentary WIFI. Whatever you choose to do we are here so that you can relax.

Conveniently located on scenic 7 byway, just 2.5 

miles from Bathhouse Row and a wide selection of antique shops. A great stop for those exploring the Ouachita Mountains by car or motorcycle. Order a picnic lunch and enjoy the many hiking and horseback trails in the area. Hilltop Manor borders the National Park Forest. If water draws you near, Lake Hamilton, Ouachita, Degray and Catherine are well known for fishing, boating, and relaxing. Oaklawn Park, open for over 100 years, has live horse racing January through April and simulcast throughout the year. Magic Springs / Crystal Falls, just 3 miles away, offers a water park and live entertainment during the summer. The convention center is also just 3 miles away.

Whether it is just the two of you or a grand affair, it will be a special moment in your life. We can accommodate up to 50 people in the manor house or for an outdoor ceremony. We have a variety of wedding packages; one of them is sure to fit your style and budget.

Wedding Ensembles All Include the Following:

• Aisle strewn with rose petals.
• Wedding Music (indoor ceremonies only).
• Rose Bouquet and Boutonniere for bride & groom.
• A Female Minister to perform your ceremony, which can be modified to fit your needs, located in your choice of settings.
• Unity Candle (Indoor ceremonies only).
• Delicious Wedding Cake from Ambrosia Bakery.
• Champagne or Sparkling Cider toast with Hilltop Manor champagne glasses for bride and groom only.
• All overnight stays include a fully plated breakfast served in your private suite, the historic dining room or front porch overlooking the waterfall.
• One hour of consultation time with a wedding coordinator.

We welcome you to obtain the services of outside licensed vendors such as caterers and musicians. We do need to know about these arrangements in advance.

Ceremony locations are one of a kind and include:

• Historic Dining Room-In front of a roaring fire with antique lighting & beamed ceilings overhead and gleaming hardwood floors underfoot.
• The waterfall is a lovely place to say your "I Do's" for a small ceremony. The water trickles and the foliage is bountiful.
• Ensconce yourself with nature amidst the many trees bordering the National Park Forest. Enjoy the peaceful setting in the backyard surrounded by 100 year-old stone walls or under a tree that has seen centuries of history.

Just Between the Two of Us:

• $500-$800 (Includes Bride & Groom Only) This package is created exclusively for the bride and groom as a stress-free romantic elopement.
• 1 or 2 nights in your favorite suite, enjoy a king sized bed, gorgeous fireplace and private Jacuzzi tub. Ceremony and reception last 30 minutes.
• $50 Gift Certificate for your Wedding Dinner $500 for a wedding that takes place Sunday - Thursday with a one night stay or $800 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a 2 night stay (2 night minimum required on weekends).

Small and Sweet:

• $550 - $1,000 (Includes 10 Guests) Perfect for the couple who would like to share the day with their closest friends and family.
• 1 or 2 night(s) in your favorite suite, enjoy the king size bed, fireplace and/or Jacuzzi tub.
• Punch or coffee, assorted candy and guest book Ceremony and reception last 1 hour.
• Each additional person is $15.00 up to a total of 24 people $550 for a wedding that takes place Sunday - Thursday with a one night stay or $1,000 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a 2 night stay (2 night minimum required on weekends).

Classic Ceremony:

• $1,400-2,900 (Includes 25 Guests) Make even more memories while you relax at the inn with your closest guests whom are staying overnight after your special day.
• Five deluxe guest suites for 1 or 2 night(s) (accommodations for 10 people), enjoy the king size bed, fireplace and/or Jacuzzi tub.
• Punch or coffee, assorted candy and guest book Ceremony and reception last 2 hours.
• Each additional person is $18.00 up to a total of 35 people
• $1,400 for a wedding that takes place Sunday - Thursday with a one night stay or $2,900 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a 2 night stay (2 night minimum required on weekends).

Something Special:

• $1,800 - $3,500 (Includes 50 People) If you want to have more than the family to enjoy your day this may be the choice for you.
• Five deluxe guest suites for 1 or 2 nights (accommodations for 10 people).
• Punch or coffee, assorted candy and guest book Use of reception area for 3 hours (includes ceremony time). Feel free to bring in prerecorded music for dancing in the parlor.
• Each additional person is $18.00 up to a total of 60 people
• $1,800 for a wedding that takes place Sunday - Thursday with a one night stay or $3,500 for a wedding that takes place Friday or Saturday and includes a 2 night stay (2 night minimum required on weekends).

It is your wedding day, so if you would like a package customized to fit your needs we are happy to create it.

Policies:

• 50% non-refundable deposit required to hold date, with balance due 2 weeks prior to event.
• $250 damage deposit is collected two weeks prior to event with final payment. It is refunded one week after the event has taken place if there is no damage.
• 15% gratuity will be added to all costs for weddings with guests.
• For an outside food service company such as bakeries and caterers to supply food for a wedding or event at Hilltop Manor B&B, Hilltop Manor B&B must first have received a "Certificate of Liability" insurance (for at least $1million) from the company at least one month prior to event and they must be licensed. It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom or event planner to deliver this to Hilltop Manor.
• $300 per hour will be charged if stated time is exceeded.
• To preserve the beauty of Hilltop Manor's interior we have a smoke and tobacco free environment. If this rule is disregarded there will be a $500 cleaning fee charged. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.
