    • A sitting area and breakfast table. They also have Hardwood or ceramic floors, closet, a/c, ceiling fan, a fluffy robe to wrap up in, and a private bath with shower.
    • High quality mattress, decadent 1000 thread count sheets, 6 assorted pillows (soft to firm) and luxurious comforters.
    • Gorgeous stone fireplaces with gas logs grace the dining room, as well as the Sycamore, Oak and Spruce guest suites.
    • TV, DVD player and cable in all suites.
    • IPOD Docking Station with Radio alarm clock & CD player.
    • WIFI - Complimentary
    • Complimentary 24-hour access to snack and beverage center with ice and microwave for overnight guests.

    • Complimentary 24 hour access to snack and beverage center.
    • Check In: 3 - 5 PM; Check Out: 11 AM.
    • Deposit of one night or 50% of your total lodging (whichever is greater) is required to hold the room.
    • Deposit will be refunded minus $25 service fee, if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your first nights stay.
    • If the cancellation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay and we are unable to rebook the room you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay. If we can rebook the full stay or a portion of the stay you will receive a voucher for a future stay at Hilltop Manor Bed & Breakfast in the amount we are able to rebook.
    • Children 12 and over are welcome.
    • Rates reflect double occupancy.
    • Extra person charge - $35 per night.
    • No pets. No smoking inside the Manor. Smoking is allowed outside of the house.
    • Please let us know in advance if you are sensitive to any foods so that the meal can be customized to fit your needs.
